Why you seem to take so much pleasure in belittling and trying to wind up your fellow supporters is baffling. I personally don't think Moult has what it takes at this level now, sadly. But I'd never dream of mocking any Motherwell fan who still holds out hope and would love to see a fairytale ending.
The said same trumpets clapping like seals when Hammell was appointed under similar sentimental claptrap almost led to the polar opposite of a fairytale ending. They would have McFadden back in the squad given the choice and as such are not to be encouraged

Whilst not offering an opinion on him one way or another on the Scotland job , he proved his worth at Kilmarnock
I think it should be pointed out however that he was "literally" the only manager afforded the draw with Israel twice and yer in route

He’s now had plenty time to identify targets for this window but sadly no signings. The board will have to loosen the purse strings let’s face it they are responsible for this mess we are in
Its early days nobody can be blamed for the lack of action so far , players we are in for often have options of Killie , St Mirren , St J and others down South and wont make a decision until late on in the the window , same goes for August hence why i think any criticism of Alexander was harsh on that front and why Hammell wasnt as hamstrung as many are saying, ideally we want them in early but we have til the end of Jan to get the right faces in
Personally i think you could get the entire second string in from Chelsea and Hammell wouldnt know what to do with them as he isnt getting the best out of whats already there but thats another arguement

I’ve never actually rated Alexander that much, would not want him back, and as you rightly state “ get over it lads he’s gone”. Unfortunately at this rate I could see us midtable in the championship with people still stating it’s all Alexander’s fault. At the moment it seems nothing is Hammell fault, fitness, organisation, confidence gone, players like Kelly and Lamie going backwards. We could put the tea lady in charge and she would be safe from criticism. Sorry but at this stage we need to look at performances under this manager, not the last one.
Save your breath , its a cult.

I honestly think biggest mistake of the season was not bringing in an experienced number 2.
To do the job that the number one should be doing?

I actually think the midfield is the biggest problem.
Should maybe ask Moult if he has any midfield convalescent pals that we could take on now and pay for a few months in the hope that we might get a tune out of them in time for the relegation play off
What's Craig Tanner up to ?

He’s not far off it.
This is what I mean about his Faddy-esq cult status with the support giving him far more time than he would otherwise have got if he were anyone else. Had we signed Leigh Griffiths, for example, and he had contributed what Moult has so far in two months then he would be getting slaughtered.
Board won a watch getting away with putting an acadamy coach in charge of the first team and signing someone that has barely had his boots on in the past 4 years , the clapping seals just love to be thrown a Claret and Amber fish

Alexander signed 2 players. Hammell has signed five (accepting that one was likely lined up by his predecessor). What have we got in return? 2 permacrocks who even the most optimistic of fans knew were beyond a mild risk at the time of signing. The harsh reality is despite hammell signing 3 forward thinking players we still have Connor fucking shields and Morris pulling on a shirt on match days. That’s not progress.
Dont forget he lost Woolery Grimshaw and O'Hara , anything beyond not being relegated by Christmas is a bonus this year apparantly

Hammell inherited one the biggest piles of shite squads I've ever witnessed
They qualified for Europe well clear of relegation so it's relative to the other clubs

We took a punt on Watt who had a terrible scoring record so why not do the same with Griffiths,
Watt wasnt trying to nonce underage girls via social media ?

Another few weeks out of the team and he might get there , loan at QOS perhaps to cement the status ?

As in Higdon 'fat'?
As in not exactly proof of a manager who demands peak condition fat.

Alexander strikes me as someone who demands peak physical levels, which can only be a good thing.
Was it the signing of the fat Dutch guy that confirmed this for you ?

Really happy with Alexander at the moment, however REALLY REALLY concerned for next year if handing out contracts to utter pish like Jobby Crawford is gonna be the extent of our squad! We already have Donnelly, O'Hara & Maguire contracted for next season, we need 1 or 2 QUALITY additions in CM, and by Quality I mean someone able to pass a ball to a teammate, and maybe score now & again. Again same with Mugabi! We are stuck with dross like Lamie & McGinlay next year, Im not convinced Mugabi is anything other than a backup so that means we still need at least another 2 good quality CD.
Aye fucking outrageous that he isnt making grand signings outwith the transfer window , wheres my pitchfork ?
