My brother is one of said die hards (he's a bit better off than me). He doesn't go to Ibrox or Celtic Park but he goes to as many other away games as he can and he's always there at home games unless he's working. It is tough when you are skint. Practically impossible to get to a game if you are on benefits which I was on and off for a few years. I dont do away games for the same reason. Can't afford it

The reason I've stayed away from Fir Park at times has nothing to do with being fairweather. It's genuinely been because I couldn't afford it. When I've had the cash to buy a season ticket I've always bought one. And when I can't go to a game I always offer my ticket out because I know what it's like not to be able to afford to go.

To be fair. As someone pointed out on twitter a few days ago St Mirren are getting bigger crowds than us just now. More gate money coming in. Its always going to be tough for a club like Motherwell given that we are fan owned and have a relatively small core support

To be fair we've been in a relegation dogfight every year apart from a few as long as I've been watching Motherwell (a long time).

See to be honest with you. I'll be sorry if we miss out on Kev but I won't be heartbroken. I personally don't think we were ever in the running and as other people have said it doesn't always work second time around

We do need a boost but tbh I dont think it was a bad thing putting players out on loan who weren't getting game time. I get what you are saying but we can't go back to the days of throwing money at players given that we ended up in administration.

For clarification I think steelboy will get that when i agree with him I agree with him but come on now. I think he can stand up for himself. I personally don't see anyone giving steelboy or mjc a hard time. They can give back as good as they get I went to see my favourite band tonight at the hydro and some twat tripped me up on the way out ... And I now have a broken nose.. Motherwell could sign anyone tonight and I would not care
