Very up and down season. My main highlights of it not in any particular order. Cup runs as usual pathetic and lost revenue. Some of the goals we scored especially in injury time to get a draw were very good, showed good team spirt. Management decision to concentrate too much on the opposition and guessing what they were going to do, the full week before we played them is pretty poor. We should be playing to our strengths not worrying too much about how to nullify the opposition , over cautious approach to winable games was very disappointing. Overthinking games until we were behind then deciding to try n score and giving it a go. Theo Bair proving most folk were talking shite at start of the season. Beating Rangers at Ibrox at last Shite defending and costly basic mistakes PLAYING PLAYERS ALL OVER THE PARK NOT IN THEIR NATURAL POSITIONS. (except “i’ll catch it Kelly”) Next season hopefully manager has learned a lot about game preparation and positive tactics. New investment money on the way to be used wisely. Also realising he's no really as smart as he thinks he is.

Think you need some older heads and players that have been at a club a while in any squad. Even if he’s not a regular starter he has loads of experience. Have we had any players like that in the last few years, how long has he been here for now . SOD will be a good guy to have around

He owes us for giving him the chance when others, including most on here were very adamant that he was total shite. Let go by St Johnstone doesn't look good on any strikers CV . Scoring only 1 goal, i think, last season not many would have given him that chance. I feel he will have this in mind when making any decision. Manager was absolutley right about him. Sell or keep him its up to SK.

Great post. I would think that we have brought in more money from selling and moving on players over the last few years than most other clubs outside the old firm.

Our goal was good but the best thing about the game was watching the colour drain from two thousand Hibs fans when we scored it. They were in the top six unless Dundee beat Rangers . Within a minute of probable top six and it was so cruelly snatched away from them. What a laugh, i mean a shame. Even their directors slumped back in their chairs heads in hands . Brilliant .

He wont give us much in case he gets injured for his new team. Why do you think hes been playing well for just the last few months ,like a lot of players up their game in last months of their last season . Once he's got his move signed up he's on holiday mode . Pre contracts are a shite idea , but they probably have always been there in the back ground in some form or another for years just no offically signed

I think this international buisness man with years of experience will have sussed out the situation pretty soon and will have decided early enough that he wont get a controlling interest in a fan owned club just like that , so wont try. No matter what Steelboy or others can make up between themselves. Being positive doesn’t make a good story. lnterested to hear if they thought Les Hutchison was in it for himself and just to make money at the start before he saved the club from ruin.
