  1. I think there in lies the problem. There has been almost zero interest to attempt anything else. Subsitutions don't change the system, they squeeze other guys into the existing system.
  2. Andrew Scott joins Sparra, Busta and Jay to look back on the defeat to St Johnstone, discuss Stephen Robinson’s future at the club, Motherwell Colts’ success over Sligo Rovers, Colin O’Neill’s comments on the current situation at Fir Park and much more. https://www.mfc1886.com/mfc-podcast-2018-19-episode-14/
  3. We have created about 7 chances in the last 4 games. Utter, utter shite.
  4. Something I noticed tonight while bored in work. Henri Anier and Henrik Ojamaa both started for Estonia the other night, Anier with an assist and a goal. Sorry if it was mentioned already
  5. If Colin O'Neill said the grass was green I'd still go check.
  6. also stated he doesn't want to change his cushty roles in MFC/the media.
  7. I agree with everyword of that middle paragraph Sieb. I also agree with MelvinBragg re hartley.
  8. Bloke from Australia is already trying that this time I think!!!
  9. Donnelly seems to be getting it tight. Not saying he's impressed me but I don't think he's as bad as being made out (yet).
  10. Herald and Times sportswriter Graeme McGarry joins Sparra, Busta and Jay to assess the 1-1 draw with Livingston, preview the Irn Bru Cup fixture with Sligo Rovers, discuss more twists in the scheduling of the Betfred League Cup semi finals and much more. https://www.mfc1886.com/mfc-podcast-2018-19-episode-13/
  11. working this time. The last one was a great night. Tom Boyd was there though...
  12. We need to change from 352. Don't see us stopping Livi if we go 352 again.
  13. Richard Foy joins Busta and Sparra to look back on a difficult week for Motherwell in which they exited the Betfred League Cup at Tynecastle and lost to Kilmarnock in league action. Also on the agenda was a preview of Saturday’s game against Livingston, Motherwell Ladies and the scheduling of the Betfred Cup semi-finals. https://www.mfc1886.com/mfc-podcast-2018-19-episode-12/
  14. I am not really sure about this. The midfield at the beginning of the season without him in there was fucking awful. Richard Tait showing the winger inside for the first goal was absolutely fucking criminal.
  15. Unfortunately it's not happening for him. I think his greatest attributes are his strength and his pace and neither of them are incredible.
  16. Yes, he completely has been for months. I can't mind the last time he got a cross into the box. I think he's best in RM with Tait behind him. doubt we will see much of that though.
  17. Think we tried that in Forgie with some Congolese. give it a few years yet.......
  18. I dunno why but I had forgot Liam Donnelly wasn't about 25
  19. Sparra, Busta and Jay look back on the impressive 3-1 victory over Dundee, assess the transfer window from a Motherwell perspective, analyse how the team are shaping up heading into the international break and more. https://www.mfc1886.com/mfc-podcast-2018-19-episode-8/
  20. Bigi. Great to see someone put their foot on the ball and no panic
  21. Great win today, first half we were only missing goals. Got a bit cagey for 5-10mins in the second half but strolled it in the end. I mentioned it on twitter at the time and I know there is a bit of chat about it but Neil McCann insisting that boy go back on to the park when he was semi conscious is one of the worst things I have ever seen a manager do.
  22. Tait gets a lot of praise and I agree he is a good player but his mistakes go unmentioned.
  23. Hope Hartley spends 90 mins (fairly) putting Morelos on his arse with crunching hard tackles. Unless it's a pumping we are getting. Then we can bring on the fringe players and let them throw a few spinkicks.
  24. I haven't ever witnessed an enjoyable game on plastic.
