I've heard it spoke about for a few weeks about Hall not re-signing, apparently his agent holding to get him a move elsewhere. Personally for his development he would be far better off staying here.

McGhee wont be considered for the job and thats guaranteed, to appease the discontent in the Celtic support they need a big name and i think most of their fans want Davie Moyes rather than another cheap option.

I see we are being linked with Fleetwood striker Jamille Matt, who is currently on loan at Plymouth, saw a rumour on twitter and the Sun newspaper is also reporting so its probably nonsense if they are going with it.

Whilst Europe would have been nice i was certainly not backing Celtic nor their bigoted rivals from the other side of Glasgow. For me id rather earn the right to get into Europe than someone else do it on our behalf, we have accomplished far more this season than we thought was possible just a month and a half ago. Lets build on this season in the summer and if we get Europe then brilliant if not then lets win a cup that would be far more enjoyable!!

Well the Society were originally meant to takeover by the end of April, but i was told at our last home game thats now gonna be the end of May with the way things are going just now, so could be next month for the Q&A.

Bob McHugh will never come back to haunt us, he was dreadful every time he played for us, he has found his level which is championship/league one. He was out his depth with us.

Hasnt exactly done much at Dundee utd, got a few goals but has been far from spectacular, i would pass on him tbh!

Shite player in my opinion who did only one good thing which was the goal at pittodrie to secure 2nd. Other than that offered very little, found his level which is championship/league one.

David Ferguson will likely be released, he hasnt made any impression on loan at airdrie and now been relegared to unused sub with them! Seen comments regarding him and Mackin at Airdrie and the general consensus is they are miles away from being ready to play for us. Mackin may get another year to prove himself however. Moult still has 2 years left so can see him staying depending on whether we receive quite a big money offer for him.

Friend of mine knows Ziggy Gordon, he is definitely leaving Hamilton but not staying in Scotland, Nottingham Forest supposedly interested in him as well clubs over in Poland whom he wants to represent at international level due to his mother being Polish. To be fair wouldnt want anyone from an utterly dreadful accies side this season!

I see to make matters worse now the referee for our game on Saturday is none other than Willie Collum!

We can also get European football by finishing 4th and Celtic win the Scottish cup, so its not as unrealistic some people think but that said id rather take it a game at a time between now and the summer and if we end up 4th then brilliant, at least we dont need to be put through the torture of the relegation play off even though it was a great outcome for us.

I agree Luke Watt should get some game time but he has been a lot of this season for the under 20s as a centre half so perhaps the club see him there longer term. I have also heard the reason he hasnt played for the first team more so far is down to his attitude.

Kennedy will be here next season, he signed on a two year contract last summer when we signed him, that said on his performance yesterday he could certainly become a very good player for us and perhaps get a decent move if he can keep that up.

Game wont be in doubt, from training today the majority of players who featured in dundee utd game trained bar obviously Lasley and Pearo. One or two more should be back from illness tomorrow all being well.

Good news on Cadden signing an extension, hopefully we see Ben Hall follow suit soon as well.

I think it was a young boy that Pearo handed his shirt to at full time, a nice gesture from him, the reaction at full time showed just how much it meant to every player yesterday!!

Derek Weir has stepped down as director and I believe has a new job which is what he wants to focus completely on. Nothing more than that from what I was told yesterday.

Last time Partick came to Fir Park we beat them with Craigan in interim charge and we were arguably even worse than we are just now, so from that point of view I am actually confident of a result today.

They can't show games on tv tonight, they had that problem with the Scottish cup games as well, apparently not allowed to broadcast games live on telly due to the champions league being back on tonight.
