  1. Good post, I agree with just about every part of that. He wasted us last year. It shouldve been about retaining consistancy but it was the complete opposite. I'm glad we now have someone that does the business when he promises something.
  2. I don't think the second season was exactly excellent. Lost at home to Hamilton in the League Cup and then away to St. Mirren AFTER squandering home advantage in the Scottish Cup. Bad tactical decisions cost us against Nancy. The game we had to get into the top 6 was as bad a game as I've ever seen from Motherwell at Fir Park. Lacked so much invention it was obscene. The only bright points were the trip to Nancy and the league run between the end of December and the beginning of March. And to top it off we lost a substantial amount of players.
  3. I think this tie is going to be tight. 2-1 to either side, if we lost it wouldn't be a disaster but if we went through it would be one of the biggest victories in the clubs history no doubt about it. I think Gannon will go 4-5-1 away from home. Just to be cautious but I think he will try to get the wingers up helping Sutton as much as they possibly can because lets face it we aren't going to have alot of the ball over there. Ruddy Saunders Craigan Hutchison Reynolds Humphrey Jennings Coke Forbes Slane Sutton. Cokes a dodgy one but if fit he probably will start. I also think Murphy will be really pushing for a start after Thursdays performance.
  4. The Flamurtari coach spouted pish and look where that got them
  5. Frasers a bombscare so its agreed that a keeper is a must. We do need another striker but I want Sutton in the 1st team next season. The guys been fantastic in the past 3 games. I don't get why people don't rate him, he hit double figures last season plus he wins just about everything in the air and his work off the ball is brilliant aswell. He's going to play a massive part in what we do this season.
  6. Flamurtari are shite. We pumped them fair and square. The manager and teams cockiness came back to bite them on the arse

    Can We Do It?

I was wonderin where they c***s were. They'll no be on here talkin shite again thats for sure
  8. I think a certain Flamurtari manager should've kept his mouth closed
  9. Not going due to the obvious money issues but to whoever does go really enjoy yourselves and have a good few beers for me CMON THE WELL
  10. Superb, totally speechless. I know that teams shite but to score 8 goals against ANY team deserves alot of credit. I think it was a toss up between Slane and Forbes for MOTM but Sutton and Murphy were fantastic aswell. Another good thing was seeing Gannon showing a nice touch by clapping the boys off at half-time. Only bad point was Fraser, that boy is a bombscare and we really need a goalkeeper in place for next week because Steaua's going to be crossing balls right on top of him and he won't be able to deal with it. But I definately trust Gannon to do just that. The guy is the real deal no doubt about it. SO FUKIN EASY!!!
  11. Slane and Forbes were fantastic. You couldn't take them out of the team for next week. Definately our stars of the future. Right enough the full squad and coaching staff deserve full credit for two comeback victories. Really proud tonight
  12. We won 5-3. John Clark scored two deflected free kicks and then a certain Frank McAvennie scored Falkirks 3rd in that game I love Tommy Coyne but he wasn't great at pens was he? And we beat Partick 3-1 not long after that.
  13. Fantastic first season, went hiding for the second. But good luck anyways Plus the shite with Madeline McCann is going WAY off topic.
  14. How long did it take you to think of that
  15. Aye it was a passback that never was and he rocketed it the free kick in from about 8 yards
  16. Tommy Coynes against Killie in the mid 90's. Just really remember it for his 3rd goal. A Killie throw in went through one of their players legs an Ma Lord lobbed Meldrum from at least 40 yards, was one of the best Motherwell goals I've ever seen
  17. There wasn't even any rumours on this guy. By the sounds of it hes a good signing Hopefully will be making his debut in Romania next week
  18. A confident 3-0, John Sutton with a couple.
  19. I'm not used to all this optimism CMON THE WELL!!!
