Fuck I agree with Milo, lose this game tomorrow and it could be squeaky bum time. They've had a couple of decent wins against teams that have beat us in the past 2 weeks. Their confidence will be going up and ours is certainly going down the way. Would take a draw but need need need the win.

I was one of the "embarrassments" dishing out the abuse towards McGhee on Saturday but I live and breathe this club. it's sometimes easy to get sucked in with the emotion of it all especially in the Scottish Cup, 1991 was my first game so as I was only 4 I don't remember too much just snippets of the broken down train trying to get to it haha. We've had some absolute rank times but our major highs always stand on top of that, beating The Sheep to qualify for Europe, cracking semi finals against Hearts and St Johnstone, scudding Rangers 6-1 plus Champions League and Europa League Qualifers. It's crazy to think what we have achieved in the last few years but that has made the bad times in the past season seem that wee bit harder, that goes for me aswell. We will prevail as we always do CMON YE WELL!

Gutted after that, deserved the 3 points after such a strong start to the second half. I didn't really see the incident at the penalty but the referee really couldn't wait to give something, most inept performance I've seen in a long time. We really are on the up though, a couple of months ago we would've lost that game after going behind. Moult and Skippy are banging in the goals, Johnson and Grimshaw are playing well. Looking up at the clock at halftime and seeing Rangers 0 Motherwell 2. Total disbelief, said to my dad "keep it tight, if we get away with a 2-0, 2-1 then it's all to play for on Sunday!!!" Then Ainsworth has the audacity to score again! I thought I was going to wake up. After all the shite we'd taken all week that we'd be getting hammered and sent down this was as sweet as it will ever get. To ram the words back down the media and Rangers fans throats was just incredible.

I was talking to my mate the other day about this game. Still get goosebumps for the best hour of football I've seen in my 25 years of supporting this team. 3-0 in the first 17 minutes against a pretty decent United side, could've been 5 or 6 at that point alone. The guys on the park played some of their best football for the club that day. Sadly the game will never be truly remembered for that. Still miss the captain to this day.
