To be fair I only watched the first half but I thought United played quite well. Apart from McGeady, I didn't see the huge gulf in class that Mowbray was talking about after the game.
That's exactly my take on it as well. In saying that, it doesn't cover up his crossing ability but it certainly makes it harder for him with his defensive duties. Thankfully his speed can sometimes get him back into the correct positions.
Having watched United a couple of times this season I think they are a much more clinical team than us at the moment. They seem to be able to play at a reasonably high tempo and because of this I think they will beat us quite easily on Saturday. Love to be proved wrong but we aren't getting the goals some of our play deserves and if you can't take your chances you're going to lose/draw more than you'll win.
Fuckin' depressed now!
We are the fuckin' draw specialists. Annoying that we can't take our chances when we are on top. Although a point sounds as though it's a decent result after the battering we got in the second half.
