Sorry Daz, but Humphrey doesn't unsettle what has been a pretty consistent midfield. If someone else ends up injured or suspended then he's surely overtaken Daley at the moment as the man to slot in, but he's an impact player from the bench at present.

With it being all but confirmed that Rangers won't be playing in Europe next season I have to wonder if the attraction of a crack at the Champions League qualifiers or a Europa League place will convince any of our players who were maybe considering leaving in the summer to stay? I'm thinking about the likes of Randolph, Jennings & Murphy.

Some decent offers in that Hibs deal there, and a few that our club would do well to look at for the coming season. I wouldn't mind us looking at; Free Cup Top Up - All league & Scottish cup games played at home are included in the season ticket if bought before a certain date. Free Tickets For Old Firm Games - Every season ticket holder is entitled to one free ticket for the home end for the visit of the Old Firm. I think our club offers a very good deal with our season tickets, but feel that taking the above schemes on board would be worth considering.

I see the SPL's resident moaning faced manager has been speaking about the new under 20 league that's being brought in by the SPL; In this instance I think Butcher is bang on the money. I know such a set up will have deeper implications for his side due to their location, but I really don't see why we can't have a traditional reserve league alongside a youth set-up.

Nah, I wouldn't drop Murphy. He's nabbed two goals in our last four games, one of which included the 1-0 loss to Celtic so he's not doing too badly. Certainly not bad enough to get dropped.

Who would you replace with Humphrey? I imagine that Lasley replaces Daley from the team that beat Dunfermline. As someone else said, I rate Humhprey above Daley at present, but he's an impact sub and nothing more.

Agreed Andy, we need as many people as can possibly do so to sign up. As you said, the money doesn't all need to be paid up by March so it's best to get along and ask what the payment plans are.

Don't get me wrong, I agree, but the fact of the matter is that football is a seated spectator sport these days. When people buy a ticket for a seat they are perfectly entitled to sit on their arses and watch the match however they see fit. The singing section at the final wasn't advertised as such to the general public, was it? If some Joe off the street went in to buy a ticket for him and his grandson was he told by the staff that this section was a singing section and most likely would involve people standing for a good chunk of the game?

Am I the only one who thought that the fact Hampden is all sitting was one of the reasons we had no atmosphere? If you stood up those people behind you could complain about not being able to see, and they were well within their rights to do so. They bought a seat, and as such don't expect the guy in front of them to be standing up most of the game.

Well, that time of year is almost upon us again. How many folk are planning on renewing their season tickets? It'll also be interesting to see how the numbers differ from last year when people were buying tickets to ensure they got cup final tickets.

I may be wrong, but from the latter group of players you mention there, none would be anywhere near our budget. No one on here has ever said that Higdon is a brilliant striker, but he's played his part as much as anyone in getting us to where we are in the table today.

Nah, I have no real feelings either way if they go down or not. Who gets relegated doesn't really make much difference to me. The only time I bothered was when Accies went down. I enjoyed our games against them and would have preferred to see them stay up.

I've went for £750,000 to £1 million. My thinking is that he'll likely head down south, and when you think of the prices that are paid for players who have played in the lower leagues there, Murphy is worth at least £750,000.
