A decent performance considering we haven't played any real football yet.
Both Reynolds, and Lasley in particular were excellent. I don't think there was a blade of grass that Lasley didn't cover tonight.
The official attendance was billed at just under 6,000, which isn't bad considering it's a pissy Thursday evening in July.
Aye, there's been a "big match" feeling around the ground the past few days, with decent sized queues at the ticket office and the like.
Hopefully a sign that it's going to be a good season.
I wouldn't put much into the fact that around 4,000 tickets have been shifted thus far, as there will likely be a good amount of late buyers this week.
We'll get a decent turnout I reckon, and a decent result.
I'll go for 3-1.
The answer is obviously no.
I doubt anyone is going to lose any sleep over losing either Hateley or Coke.
Don't get me wrong, both are good players, but they aren't players i'd rate as "must keep".
If you're planning on doing these next season, is there any chance you can do a downloadable version?
Maybe something that can be accessed through Itunes or something?
This website is a decent little tool for seeing who is available for a free transfer this summer.
It has most of the decent leagues in Europe, and some of the lower leagues too.
Some of their valuations are a bit suspect though
I agree.
Don't get me wrong, if we can afford the fee that Everton want, and his wage demands won't require a breaking of the bank, then i'd love to see him signed.
However, if we can't afford him, we can't afford him.
