I take the point but the stats are usually rubbish, I can think of 2 shots on target against Aberdeen, which game did Maguire fire one in? I would add 1 or 2 for each game, still poor.

I don’t know how up to date wiki is but it has him on 98 games so I would expect his goal against Hamilton.

Put his energy and commitment into a number of the others and we would be ok.

Even if we get the 6 points back we have fallen behind Livingston and they have a game in hand, we need some wins. I have no wish to interpret whether anyone has broken the rules, give us the points or let us play the games, get on with it.

Lang used Polworth as a decoy, as the defender had to be wary of that pass it opened up for Lang in a more central position. The issue is that he missed the target. The other option would have seen a pass back from Polworth.

Crawford is undramatic but effective, played well, shame he had to go off, hurt us a bit.

Excellent performance today. Then came the subs.

But that substitution changes our shape, our approach, our mindset, so it’s little to do with White himself but the dynamic changes and we lose the points.

Copy and pasted from Robbo thread : I have sympathy for the club. I have no strong opinion on whether or how St Mirren and Killie should be punished. The points should not have been awarded while there was still course to appeal. But given that they were awarded, we have now been messed about through no fault of our own. As innocent bystanders we were given something then a few weeks later and a few hours before a match it has been taken away from us with no clarity on how things will move on. Theoretically in midweek we may have gone all out for a winner but due to our relative safe position in 5th we determined that hanging on to one point was a good result. Theoretically.

Let’s get guys up front, the boys up top have not performed.
