As much as I enjoyed the match last night I wouldn’t say that any of the youngsters stood out sufficiently that I thought they should be in the first team, a lot of promise though.

The third was created by some tight short passing on the sideline before playing the ball into space for Boyle to run with. Our goal wasn’t denied for offside, the whistle went before the ball was struck, presumably it was for a harsh handball, we wouldn’t be bottom of the league if it had stood.
