  1. 500 of the first allocation - sold. 450 of todays allocation - 250 sold. Not to bad at all, should be a cracking atmoshpere in our end, at least.. Mon, grab the last few tickets and have 950 'Well fans sing us to another 3 points, please! Edit - Malf made the picture above, Im sure..
  2. Just read the interviews etc on the official with Clarky, Stephen O'Donnel, Eddie May and Terry Butcher. Very very touching, admittedly, my eyes couldn't stop watering. Phil, your gone, but we can still feel your spirit in Fir Park in the shape of David Clarkson. Again, you are sadly missed, RIP Uncle Phil.
  3. No bother. Don't know the exact total of the first allocation but, Im sure its a smaller allocation than were normally given due to St Mirren trying to fit as many of their own in for their final game at Love Street. Away stand at Love Street (West) holds 3k(?), so maybe 400+ sold already, possibly? Dont see the rest selling out but another 100 would be nice.. Who knows, Im only guessing..
  4. Rest in Peace, Phil. You will never be forgotten.
  5. Forgot to get my tickets at the weekend before I headed down south. So got the mother to go down and get me mine for Saturday, only just off the phone 15mins, apparently, the first allocation are sold out and another 400 tickets will go on sale tomorrow! Plenty for all..
  6. McCormack never managed one for us. Came close on several occasions by hitting doubles, but never made a treble. Incidentally Clarky's HT against United was indeed a "perfect hat-trick" with a Right Foot, Left Top and Head.

    Ict

For weeks now I've been saying "Im certain we'll turn this round we'll beat Killie/Hamilton.." but, I am really looking forward to tomorrow, I honestly think we'll win. Then again, not because I think we, personally, Motherwell have turned the corner but, ICT are so bad I do not think we can lose. Yes, there a physical team but, McGhee tell them, drill it into them to play it on the ground and we WILL win! Either one of Porter and Sutton please, a bit of pace with Murphy, Clarky and O'Brien in the team (two of the three please!) and I reckon were sorted for 3 points. Mon the Well..
  8. That was down to McGhee being told not to appeal by an ex-official (Hugh Dallas, probably?) due to Clarkys arm being above shoulder height and was told it would be pointless to appeal.. Im sure that was what I heard somewhere, or I dreamt it.. And hopefully, he won't be out to much longer again, I think hes back for the weekend..

D'you know what, the most frustrating thing for me? The fact we CAN play neat and silky football, stop it, just fucking stop it with the long ball pish! I aint wanting everything such as Cup finals, top 6 finishes, UEFA Cup etc, play the way we can and take it from there! Sod the excuses of were missing Roscoe and Paterson etc, we need to do the best with what we have, play the players in there CORRECT positions! We have an alright bunch of players who are footballers (exclude McGarry ) whom can play together as an attacking team. And believe it or not we ARE missing David Clarkson. His directness, pace, work-rate, ability to take a player on, passion and commitment for the cause. If you insist on playing Poter and Sutton together sit Clarky in the hole behind them and Clarky will soon show Porter and Sutton what the fuck they have to do, I dont care if you keel over at the FT whistle, its your job you have 6 days to recover. Clarkson makes defenders make mistakes, he chases relentlessly. He wins freekicks/penalties due to his directness (albeit going down easily sometimes). He may have his critics, and he may do a lot of things wrong and he may frustrate you but, he is a vital player to us and we are missing him, hugely! Clarky has only played, say, 1 of the last 7 games that we have failed to score -coicidence?

    Accies On Saturday

I never slated Fitzpartick and never been against him, he always battles for the cause but, McGarry does nothing, actually less than nothing! He is mega talented at looking like a tomato after 15mins though!

    Accies On Saturday

At least Fitzpatrick is a footballer.

    Clarkson

Plus, it says on the official Im sure - that he'll be fine for Saturday!
  13. I thought the Hibs game was bad then I realised comparing tonight to then, Hibs actually have good players. Kilmarnock are just pish, they really are! Do our players 'know' how to cross a ball with 'PACE'? Actually, do our players know how to play football? Okay, I know they have lacked training facilities but, to go from footballers to players that seem to be foreign from the game is terrible! We are bad, very very bad.. Verging on embarrassing! Ooh and I aint one for singling people out but, McGarry - why, just fucking - WHY?! Someone tell me what he does, except nothing! All round disaster! Finally, Sutton and Porter CANNOT play together, they CANNOT!

I agree! Having watched La Liga regulary this season (make that at least 2 games every weekend!) Spanish football is much better than English football. Its a better quality and much more exciting to watch. My main point would be watch Manchester Utd v Spurs at the weekend two big clubs (okay, Spurs league position doesn't tell you that..) but, what a dreadful game that was, a couple of hours later I was onto La Liga and within the first 15mins I enjoyed more than a 90min match from the Premiership. Last season I wouldn't have had an opinion and would say the Premiership was the best but, the quality of La Liga is much better! But, back on topic.. I reckon McGhee will be away come end of the season but, I'd say 90% confident he wont be at the Premiership!
  15. I agree with most teams stated and agree that McGhee will no doubt throw Lasley in at RB which gives us no midfield.. But, I hope to see Saunders play and its hardly like were flinging him into a big game, its Killie at home, fair do's, we need the points but, I hope to see him play! I do think it will be a great benefit having Clarky back in the team watching him at Celtic Park before he got sent off he gave signs of the player of last year, taking players on and looked confident.. a bit of that tonight and I can see us winning, convincingly! My team would be: -----------------Smith----------------- Saunders---Klimpl----Reynolds---Hammell -----------------Boab------------------ --------Keef--------------Shug--------- ----------------Clarky------------------ ---------Porter--------Sutton----------- I have personally said myself that Porter and Sutton cant work together, not in a 4-4-2 but, with Clarky sitting in there they looked better going forward as a unit. Honestly doubt MMG will go for that, probably Keef at RB as already said, bring in McGarry ( ) to midfield, drop Sutton and play Fitzy too! But, my prediction for tonight is 3-1 'Well. Clarky on a double and late in the game to seal the win! Mon the 'Well...
