  1. Guess what time I finish work? 4.30pm on Thursdays. And 3.30pm on Fridays. Oh and cheers weeyin.
  2. Anyone know when the ticket office closes tomorrow? I thought I could manage it by the skin of my teeth today (thinking the ticket office closed at 5pm) got there at 4.59pm and it was closed.
  3. Wasn't a bad birthday present, I must say, 3 points at Tynecastle? Cheers. Mon the 'Well.
  4. Been told the exact same, to be honest. Need to be places afterwards so was hoping to drive there and back leaving from Glasgow or I would be on the bus. Might need to change arrangements.
  5. Hoping someone can help me out. Driving to Tynecastle (first time), can someone tell me the best place to park, nearest to the ground?
  6. Yeah, had the beating of Grainger every single time. A world class "Cruyff" like turn in the first hand was followed up by a cross straight into the empty stand. Although, on the whole his crossing was better than usual and a few dangerous balls in the box, with no-one there to attack. Between him and Reynolds for MotM, imo.

What I remember from the interview. He said he was going to meet with John Boyle this evening or tomorrow to speak about bringing a "few" players in. Nothing was mentioned ie. names, positions etc. Not as far as I can remember anyway.

Apparently, Lennon at St Mirren is waiting on an answer from him/his agent after their game with Hibs. Where that leaves us, I don't know..
  14. It's three games in. Main talking point of today was obviously the penalty but what really annoyed the hell out of me was Dougie McDonald, Maloney had hardly started to fall and that bawbag had the whistle in his mouth dying to give the penalty. Craig Brown said it himself after the game on the radio, he said himself he thought the ref was in an awkward area to give the foul/penalty instantly. I don't think the game was that bad as a few have made out. Yeah, we looked poor but taking Thursday into account we we weren't as horrible as we have seen in the past (with no excuse!). We will benefit from a bit of time off and I am sure we will be ready to get going again come Perth. MON THE WELL.
  15. Funny that, naw. I sit in the East Stand, South Stand side. Why?
  16. The thing that really winds me up (which actually has nothing to do with Craigan) is we are just too nice and not clever enough. It infuriates me at times that opposing teams know how to play the game (and the ref) and get an advantage from it. Not cheating (and I wouldn’t be condoning it anyway) but, like the above poster mentioning. In the circumstances last night when we got the penalty, tempers were high, of course the Odense players are going to do everything in the power to slow the situation down (fuck knows what Carroll was doing sprinting 50 yards, knob), but why don’t we have brains to retaliate back. Why don’t we just get Saunders to pick the ball up and take the grief and then pass it to the penalty taker (please be Mr Hateley next time, for the love of God, he can hit a dead ball, ffs!). We just don’t seem on the ball to come up with ways round of opposition trying to delay/time waste etc. The one and only time I HAVE seen us do this was when Coach done in in Nancy for their penalty. Fuck, he walked up and sprayed the penalty area with the water bottle and proceeded to do keep uppies with it. Another thing, ok, I might be condoning cheating a little (mind you, everyone else does it sadly) but twice Murphy could easily have went down and gave the ref a major headache whether to give a penalty or not in the first half. There is moments where I wish we could be more clever when it comes to penalty situations, etc. Back on topic though, I think Murphy could have done with a pep talk before the penalty (from Craigan). A simple, ‘keep the head’ in his ear could have calmed the boy down who was more than likely going like a battery. As much as I really like Murphy and he’ll be a big player this year, I just don’t have faith in his dead ball ability. I had this debate leaving the ground last night, even against Hibs I was convinced he would miss (very well took in the end) but, we always seem to think attacking players/strikers need to take spots kicks. Why can’t Hammell or Hateley take it? Would you let Murphy take a free-kick if both of them were on the park? Course you wouldn’t. So why should someone else take the freekick that’s not Hammell or Tom? But Craigan, your about 35 years old now and you STILL let the ball bounce, I think that was the first rule I learned when I played football when I was younger, he is the most experienced pro by a mile in our squad and he still does ridiculous things in my eyes. Looking at Odense 2nd goal in the first leg, what the fuck was he doing 2 metres behind the line of defence? Your captain and the main man in that defence, you keep the line, don’t invent a new one and then leave the player unmarked and play him onside then decide to jump in like a school boy. Yes, I admit he’s done a lot of good for Motherwell and I respect what he does do, but ffs, he still does a tonne of daft stuff, I know hes not exactly Gerard Pique but it just seems simple. Don’t dive in, don’t let the ball bounce and hold your line along with the defence (I should also note, some of this Reynolds is guilty of too). I just get frustrated with him, being so vastly experienced and he still does daft things IMO. And I am prepared to be shot down, so fire away….
  17. I asked the same question earlier. Basically you have probably less than a week to get your hands on a non-sponsored top then after they'll all have the sponsor printed on it. I plan to go in on Saturday to get a sponsor free top.
  18. If your watching IragGoals feed then thats the wrong game. But yeah, its 2-2 and they were 2-0 down within the first 26mins or something.
  19. If anything most fans should be happy about this? The game would was always going to be moved 100% - considering Hibs will be participating in the Europa League, the preceding Thursday - and most likely ourselves if we manage to overcome Breidablik. So, the game was always going to be played on the Sunday - at least now for our exiled fans it will be shown live. Fair enough we can complain about the kick-off times, but it was never going to be played at Sat 3pm anyway.

Apparently the story with Gosling is - Everton had offered him a verbal deal of 15k-a-week and he accepted but it wasn't followed up by Everton (an admin cock-up) to get the contract in place but now Goslings' contract has ran out - he can now walk away from Everton and pocket £4m himself rather than Everton. Actually, heres a link rather than me explaining - Gosling/Everton
  21. IMO, we know the same amount of info about Breidablik than we did Flamutari and that is very little. They had a supporter who came on making the same noises as yourself, Bliki. Saying the had good young prospects and shouldn't expect an easy game (I don't think anyone of us truly does expect a walk over) and after losing 1-0 in roasting temperatures - an 8-1 win was quite convincing in the end.
