Well what can i say ,I really am thoroughly ashamed of my comments about Higdon and Humphrey and I take back all that I said , a great big thanks to all you oh so much better than I am Motherwell supporters for showing me the error of my ways. A special thanks must go to Bert the sailor ,not only will I not go to the game on Sunday Bert the sailor but i will burn my season ticket such is the embarrassment I feel. To think I had the audacity to go along and watch Motherwell after such disgraceful comments .Disgraceful i tell thee disgraceful.

Spot on with your assessment of Higdon and Humphrey .Sorry had enough of them and we cant afford to carry passengers ,probably cant do it but if we could I would punt them.

Going to be a tough game and a big test for McCall and the players , for me its a game we can take something from and I would settle for a point ,I could even put up with a defeat if we give a good account of ourselves. What I would find hard to take is another 4 or 5 goal mauling at the hands of the old firm ,that would show that were not really learning from previous encounters. I'm going to be positive though and say 3-2 for the Well.

At home to Rennes on Thursday night ,lets hope it all goes horribly wrong result, injuries etc every little helps.

At home they should Stu ,o.k we might not win but Motherwell might not win any games, and I will be very disappointed if we get another old firm gubbing.

If were going to be honest is there any initiative that has really worked ,the two things that will get punters through the gates are 1] Cheaper prices and 2] Entertainment value .

I know this game isnt on telly, but i would prefer a tv game on a friday night rather than 12:45 on a Saturday morning .In fact i would have a 17:30 kick off on a Saturday rather than 12:45.

Not got a problem with Friday night football and the club are right to try it ,but i can appreciate it wont be everyone's cup of tea.

A lot of people seem to like having a go at Higdon and Humphrey but today I thought they were absolutely brilliant ,Higdon with his wee flicks and knock ons and Humphrey with his blistering pace and pin point crossing were worth the admission price alone. I was fizzin when they took Chris off and brought on Omar ,fizzin a tell thee fizzin.

To say Motherwell fans are worse at dishing out abuse than other fans is one of the most stupid things Ive heard .Ive always found that it tends to be the same guys that dish out the verbal ,the supporter who was screaming abuse at Clarky 5 years ago is today screaming abuse at Higdon. Every club has them and I would bet percentage wise were no better or worse than any other club.Oh I and i would just like to add that we shouldn't be using words like mongos.

Pretty much how I thought it would go Aberdeen would have been delighted with a 0-0 scoreline and that's how they set out there stall, although it wasn't a great game or performance from Motherwell we were the only team trying to win the match and justice was done when McHugh grabbed the winner. Great way to end what has been a disappointing week for us. Thought Clancy had a decent game today but i'm going to give wee Boab motm for his goal.Im not Higdon's biggest fan but the guy is on a hiding to nothing the way hes being played at the moment. Aberdeen were poor but defended well and Constantine [or whatever hes called] was there best player.
