Don't get me wrong I think the Club would have been wringing their hands in glee at the money coming in but I'd be very surprised if they made half a million just from the Cup Final.

I must admit I haven't seen or heard anything where he has stated (or hinted) that we did not match up to his ambitions.

The only player I'm concerned about losing this summer is Randolph.....and I can't shake the feeling he will be a Celtic player by September. Forster won't be back for them as Pardew doesn't rate our league. Lennon needs to get a keeper in and outside McGregor we have the best in the league. There has already been rumours Lennon tried to buy Randolph in January. On this occasion we need to stay strong. With two years remaining on his contract the accepted bid should be one million plus. Any less and we are cheating ourselves. I would be delighted if we got to keep him for another year. Surprised if we will though. In saying that I was convinced Jennings was Championship bound yet he could actually sign another contract with us. Fingers crossed on both....but Randolph is our main asset above all others for me.

Didn't know Lukas and co were getting a special design. Pity. I think PUMA have a templte with a round collar. Would be nice to have this for a change. Can see us getting something similar to what Dundee have as it seems to be quite a popular design. I see Hibs are claiming their 'Spurs template' is unique to them and the lines on the shirt represents their old slope at Easter Road. Aye, very good. Always wondered how much Killie make from designing and producing their. Their home shirt for Season 2010-11 was onr of the best in the SPL (outside our own obviously!) but they haven't produced a half decent away kit in years. The last two, yellow and purple, were in fact two of the worst I have ever seen up here.

Wouldn't be the player I would be going for to be honest. One or two on here have questioned his attitude and I'm afraid I have a similar opinion. McCall obviously rates him highly.

Good point really. Hearts get pretty decent crowds hand have 10,000+ season ticket holders. Mad owner, lots of debt, and could go bust at a moments notice. We have, at times, poor crowds just over 3,000+ season ticket holders but at the present time are on a sound financial footing. Always felt that tag was in relation to crowds/money brought in via these people, staff at club, footballing and non footballing and so on.

Aye, surprised at the amount of signings getting made already when apparently, most clubs have had to cut their budgets. I thought that would make managers even more careful in the transer marjet.

To be fair he has had more than a "good couple of months". He was a consistent goalscorer, against ALL teams in the SPL as well, for just about 3 full seasons. Can't recall him being injured in that time either. If he was it wasn't for long. He played 50 games for us this year as well. In saying that I am confident we can get someone in just as good. If we have one thing going for us it is a track record of preparing and developing young players for big moves, clubwise and financially. This will not be lost on players from League 1 sides who have a good bit of ambition to reach the Championship level, yet feel they aren't getting noticed. Publicity is something that is assured for any player that does the business up here.

Hearts rumous been floating about for a while now so obviously something in it. TC ribbed him about it at the Sponsor's night. If the contracts were a bit more equal financially he wouldn't be away. He *might* not enjoy his new surroundings as much or have a manager that is undermined by the owner (then again he might) but he, if rumours are to believed, will be earning the kind of money now that will look after his family for life. Not sure about his Motherwell allegations right enough. Something doesn't add up.

Difficult one this. On one hand we might not have known where we were financially. On the other we were dealing with a player who had already proven to be a success. Not sure what has happened. Club unable to commit to anything finacially until the end of the season. Possible and understandable. Similar situation to the one Jennings, Craigan, Casagolda, and Hollis are in. Sutton WAS offered a new contract a week before the Cup Final, or so he says, but McCall came out quite a while back and said he had been offered a new deal (I think). Obviously something doesn't add up.
