Motherwell V The Rangers Spfl Playoff Final 2Nd Leg 31/05/15

I would imagine only a fine if a guilty verdict is given and thats it. End of the day the club put measures in place for tickets, hired additional stewards and policing for the game, warnings were put out over the tannoy to warn fans not to enter the field of play so i'm not sure what else the club could have done. Thankfully fans did disperse rather quickly after invasion and other incidents like the flag hitting elbows, the police did agree this was an accident. Surprised it's taken almost ten weeks to address this. If this was against any other club no doubt it would be a case of forgive and forget. -

There is soccerbase.com, if you go to a teams profile and navigate to fixtures, if you click on the score it will give you details of the attendance figure, sites not to shabby, although those details only go back to the mid 90s roughly.

Kenny Misser, really is a twat of a guy, absolute ned. Been saying all week that they wouldn't be gracious in defeat, just didn't expect one of their own players to have a meltdown on the pitch. So any ban Mohsni gets I take it that its carried over to any country that is governed by UEFA? not sure how that works! -
Flare came from Rangers fans sitting a couple of rows behind us, roughly row I seats 60-63, one of those guys making no secret he was a knuckle dragger. He left post haste when well fans pointed him out but the stewards were to slow to react. I loved how they just couldn't contain themselves at the kenny misser penalty claim, hope they enjoyed the pumping. It was clear they wouldn't take the defeat well.

Just purchased my tickets. Plenty rangers fans getting knocked back. A few not even disguising the fact that they support the vermin. -

Would be even funnier if the cretins were shoved right up the back of the south stand. -
I noticed in the Kilmarnock matchday programme it mentioned the Partick game may still be moved to Friday for TV purposes, guess that just depends on what happems this weekend.

Yeah if you remember back to the Killie game at Rugby Park in August with Collum as ref he missed a stonewaller when a killie defender handled in the box and was quick to show Kerr a straight red card for a tackle all too similar to Pascalis last night, but he never even got a yellow. The standard of match officials really is pathetic in Scotland.

Rotherhams manager was in attendance tonight.

Partick Thistle V Motherwell 11/04/15 - Huge Away Crowd Expected

Really pathetic showing tbh. All the hard work in the last month or so undone with that inept display. Looked really up for it in the first few minutes with sutton missing a great chance. After that it was a performance that we have been all too familiar with this season. Aimless long balls which were being mopped up by thistle all too easily, not to mention losing another goal from a player given the freedom to head home. Plenty twists and turns in the tale i'm sure but have a feeling this is a game we will look back on with some regret. Special mention to all the fans who travelled along, great atmosphere, shame we didn't have much to shout about on the park. -

Great turnout of well fans at firhill. -
Massive game tonight. Really need to put them to the sword and kill off their hopes of survival. Looking forward to the game, think we well grind out a hard fought 2-0 victory.

Straker = sexy football Fantastic win. Players deserve great credit.
-
Todays line up Motherwell: Long, McManus, Lasley, Law, Erwin, Johnson, Straker, Laing, Grant, Pearson, McDonald Straker in for ramsden
-
Looking forward to the game tomorrow. Hopefully a repeat performance from last week. Hopefully it's only the one change from the ICT game with Watt in for Ramsden, saying that I wouldn't be surprised to see Straker back in the side. It would be a massive three points if we can win.

Chris Cadden away to Albion Rovers on loan

Dom Thomas has signed a new three & a half year deal.

Highlights on BBC Alba the night at ten. Looking forward to tuning in, quality performance today, what a difference from last week. Replicate that type of performance for the duration of the campaign and I am sure we will be alright.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VK1KdQ9IFbw Radio commentary from the last few minutes of Skippy Sunday. Apologises about rangers connection on video. Can't believe that is almost ten years now.

If Baraclough were to leave it would be interesting to see who would come in, don't think Calderwood would be too far off the mark tho. However, I can see the club persisting with Baraclough until the end of the season .

Has his contract length ever been mentioned? Wouldn't be surprised if he was given a short term deal with his remit to just get us to safety. I hate criticizing staff or players but after today they all really need to have a sit down and have a word with themselves.Baraclough mentioned they went back to basics this week in training, you would think he would have done the same tactically, for starters play players in there correct position, He talks a good game, but the product on the park has been honking since he took over. I remember leaving Rugby Park back in August thinking we surely can't sink any lower performance wise, it seems the team always find new ways to give you a hard boot to the baws. Certainly hit home today about the gravity of the situation, first time I have had a real fear about going down. Lots of fans voicing there anger at the game today, three points next week would certainly alleviate that but it will be a tough ask. Don't know if the club would consider replacing him, he has had the luxury of adding 7 of his own additions to the squad so questions must be asked if we take no points over the next few fixtures.
