Baraclough on the radio. Talking about a new goalie and one or two in the spine of the team, hopefully one being McDonald who is, quite rightly, taking his time to decide.
BBC still peddling '7 new signings in already, they'll take time to settle' pants.

Na. Youth is the future. All preferably with some experience; still concerned that we're looking pretty young this year and could do with some more seasoned (but not in the same age range as Keith, Hammell, McManus...) pros.

What he said.Oh geez peace
-
I forgave the odd slip because he was a good talker during a game. More to him in the team than playing. Dunno if that makes him a good coach mind.I understand the Craigan love, but does anyone know if he is any good as a coach?

Even after Sutton moved?.....Oh right, I get you now.I think we'll be one of the fittest teams in the league this season.

Waay Haayyy! Too far. I'll get the TOI after you.(unless of course you mean Edinburgh). For every £45 top sold, SCDave is given £44.50, with the remaining 50p going to the owners of the sweat shop that make them in Muirhouse.

We were improving as the season went on as the players started to adopt the managements style. You could se the potential in a few games and slipped back a step in others as the lack of confidence reared it's head again. A battering of the 'world's most successful club' and pre season should help us start well.Good things a happening. Looks like a lack of Meh signings to me.

Any chance of an old fashioned 'here is a tenner, thanks very much', transaction?
Put a couple behind a bar/shop with a 'secret password' for example?

Well said Richie. Just waiting on the 'my cousin is York fan and he's gash' statement.
Small thing, looks like he takes penalties. Good sign, since Handsome left.
Of and if you don't start smiling don't blame us for getting called Posh Spice.

Would Thomas & Moore not learn a hell of a lot from him in training. With injuries/suspensions & more games thanks to cup runs
-
Dunno if he's here as top man striker. Hopefully we see something Dundee didn't. Different style of play for a start.
-
Excellent news. A good pre season and an understanding of what the manager wants, he may be off for a decent fee after a year!
Him and Marv hitting it off in the same game will trouble any team. Now get them some help up front.

Can't seem to get too excited. I think I am waiting on Leanne.

I have always said Barraclough spoke well. My fear was that he was one of those 'BS speaks a good game'types we all know. That feeling is fading.
-
Would be absolutely delighted if Lionel signed. I think he'll get even better.
-
I think Bara maybe underestimated the standard of Scottish Football and some of his signings reflected that. Lessons learned, so I am hopefull.....and impatient. Did a couple of deals for 'a striker' not fall through in January?

Absolutely brilliant answers from the porn star.
What a team we had - two games away from winning the league FFS - and that team still got abuse. The Motherwell way :-)

Proper pro that lad.

Can we get the Ibrox one and this next to each in in framed A3 for my wall please?
Anyone who doesn't know, a guy called Alastair Reilly does brilliant match day posters. You can check them out on twitter.

Quite simply, some of the Well fans - they don't try + he's tactically naive + lost the dressing room + I'll no' be back - need to have a look at themselves. There has been some amount of shi-ite spoken on here.
No wonder I am the only one of my group that comes on here.

No. She usually sits near me in the POD. She likes it here, so fingers crossed. His missus not from up here?
Sure I recognise her

If that had happened in the street would it be viewed the same though? Rather than asking for a handshake maybe someone asks you for the time or a light for a cigarette. You either ignore them or tell them to fuck off and they shove you in the back, you turn round and throw a punch followed by a kick at which point two of his mates get involved.
I doubt the police would look at that as a simple case of handbags.
Truth is, we very rarely see that kind of thing after games in football, so even if it did go to court it wouldn't really cause much of an issue within the game I don't think.
No it would not be viewed the same, simply because it is completely different.
How many rugby players would be doing time using the 'done that on the street' argument'.

Third choice Scotland keeper!!! Yeah, but Scotland have gash goalies!! What does Strachan know about football? (apart from more than everyone on here combined)
If he signs he's brilliant, if he doesn't, he's pish.
