  1. Simeon Masaba, one of the key football players of Sports Club Villa and Uganda Cranes’ Captain has vowed to make it to the paid ranks when he travels to Motherwell FC Scotland for trials. Masaba who is on the Cranes team that is preparing for CHAN has told sports journalists today in Kampala that he will join Motherwell during the team’s pre-season training, where he will have to prove that he can fit in that Scotland team. Masaba rules out reports that he has refused to turn out for SC Villa because of his intended departure for greener pastures. He says that he had a thigh injury that had ruled him out. Masaba adds that he is just waiting for his VISA to Scotland and that the Cranes trainings are a boast to fitness before he travels. Masaba hopes to join fellow Cranes striker, David Obua in the Scottish league and other fellow Ugandan Internationals in the paid ranks like Ibrahim Sekagya among others.
  2. Sum's up my views on the situation. Facebook poll alot more definitive for Ruddy, currently leads with 45% to Jutkiewicz on 15% with Sutton and Craigan tying on 12%. No need for any coalitions or hung parliaments there.
  3. Me included. Thought we had another Calum Elliot on our hands. Glad to be proven wrong and so spectacularly. Has been vital for us and the need to replace him takes joint precedence with a new keeper in the summer. His goal against Hibs will make sure his legend status is secured for sometime.
  4. McGlinchey for me never really got much of an opportunity to impress through injury and the first 11 playing so well. Anytime he came on he generally looked out of sync. Ginger tosser etc etc...but fair play, the boys going to the world cup as we w*nk over Jutkiewicz Hibs goal all summer. What should be priority is a keeper (ideally two), right back, a replacement for O'Brien and an out an out striker. Anything else is a bonus.

From the Main stand, the east looked mobbed except a small block towards the cooper side. Cooper looked busy too. Shame Hibs never brought more, however there has been suggestions that now alot really knew about the offer and to be honest im not sure our away following would of dramatically increased with the game being on TV. Would of said we were closer to the 7k mark
  6. Also... Did anyone catch the half time draw numbers or do they go up on the official site at anypoint??
  7. Tore us a new arse. They were just as good as we were bad. Been a joy to watch at times this season, and Hughes certainly plays in a manor to entertain (and also get six pumped past them). I dont think they have the mentality to beat Dundee United now. Hopefully Houston plays his first team, however they have earned the right to stick out any team they want. Saying that, the united reserves were more than a match for Rangers last month. I've never been so worried and excited about going to Ibrox in a while. We go with a team that conceeded 6 but provided one of the greatest comebacks in the history of football. I'm hoping their buzzing on route to Ibrox, a weakened Rangers team and the fact that they have nothing to play for could see us snatch a point that i think would guarantee us 4th. Last night we entered footballing folklore for the wrong but ultimately the right reasons.

    Jim O'Brien

Not if the hat is this size...
  9. Likewise. Good preseason behind him, his spell in the lower leagues and the probable loss of Reynolds and he'll be chapping at the door, hopefully.
  10. Pick and choose what games i go to now, but this is a must. Three points here and we can forget about hearts and focus on 4th rather than relying on a United cup win. Hope we take a decent crowd through, everyone gets behind all the players for the 90+ minutes and we nick it 2-1
  11. St Mirren Park - Cost £8million B2net Stadium, Chesterfield - Cost £13million Weston Homes Stadium, Colchester - Cost £14million Finnair Stadium, Finland - Cost £16.5million SOR Arena, Norway - Cost £39million I think we'd be looking at the 'St Mirren Park' range of stadium. Although for 16.5million quid the Finnair Stadium and its facilities are outstanding. Perhaps we could shave off the pitch-side bars and corporate box sauna's to get the price down.
  12. The Caley fans i've heard from say its more like 2 seasons. To be fair, they probably know slightly better than a guy watching two Caley games a season and proclaiming him 'the man who could of kept them in the premier league'. Thats just daft young Frazer..
  13. Once again..No he's not!
  14. Few opinions from up in the highlands: "cannot command his area for shite and never gives the ball to his fullbacks, even if they are in 50 yards of space and screaming at him for it" "As has been said, he's a reasonable shot stopper, just can't do anything else really." "His save against Celtic was absolutely fantastic, but he cant claim crosses and never, ever communicates with his defence. Enjoy" My opinion is he's 1st Division level, on par with gingerite Craig Samson, but would love for St Mick to prove me and the majority wrong over the next five games.
  15. Yeah, he's well thought of up north by the fans of the 1st Division club...
  16. Indeed! Pishing themselves laughing they are!
  17. Agree with honky. The shotstopping is enough to fool some folk on here in thinking he's a decent keeper. He is an absolute liability when it comes to collecting crosses or commanding his area. Makes buzz look like Schmeichel
  18. Ewan Cameron and Bill Dickie are at the same end of the twat scale imo
