Bair's a bit like Danny Johnson in that unless he's scoring he's not really doing anything for you. He's got no striker's instinct to move for the ball and his touch is horrific. The one in the second half on Saturday where SOD played a nice pass into him and he completely missed the ball sums him up. If the ball is in front of him and he's pointing in the correct direction he's got a bit of threat but playing up top alone is well beyond his capabilities.

At least we always had some forwards back then and all of those managers brought in decent players. Burrows spending decisions are still a drag on the club.

Kettlewell is mismanaging us on a rarely seen level but he still seems to have a decent chunk of the support onside because they like watching really long videos.

He's obviously going to start Butcher.

Aye but Norwich have games that can go either way most weeks. With Celtic it's usually either playing against a parked bus or occasionally getting embarrassed in Europe. Last season he played more than 60 minutes five times. Twice Vs Ross County, and once each against Dundee United, Killie and Hibs.

He's played 32 mins in the CL this season and 670 minutes in the league (the equivalent of 7.5 games). Last season 821 minutes in the league (9 full games). 97 minutes in Europe. He's absolutely fucked it.

He would have secured his future moving to Norwich as a 21 year old. Now he's 24 and he's lucky if he'll get a move to Norwich. He's not progressed as a player at all. In vital years of his career he's been coached by Jakeball Lennon then Ange who didn't rate him for his system.

Gent's delivery is genuine quality. If we can bring in a striker that can get on the end of a cross it will be massive for us.
