I liked the wee dig about him not wanting to represent Scotland.
-
it comes across as more of an ego trip, making the team sit down and watch his greatest moment on dvd.
add that to jimgannnon.co.uk, the fact that's he's in love with a 4-5-1 that doesn't suit the players we have, him constantly going on about winning fair play prizes and passing football without ever acknowledging that that's what we've been doing for the past couple of years and his determination to play the youngest team possible (most likely to enhance his reputation as someone who develops young players) and i think we could be dealing with someone who is as much of an egomaniac if not more so than mcghee.
i've been at 8 of the 9 games so far and it's been on the whole very positive the guy isn't the messiah and there are still some question marks around him.
Mr McGhee.... I presume..........

All this photo stuff is more than a wee bit shady! Funny......though shady!
Poor guy!

Greening is on loan at Fulham from West Brom.

Groundog Day!

Or the lady with 3 chebs!
-
McGhee put out a team with 9 centre halfs at Fir park one day remember.
9 centre halfs! I dont even think we've had 9 centre halfs on the books at one time, never mind on the field together!

Im not saying the deal wasn't done. Im saying, paul had NOTHING to do with it. IF it was done, it was motherwell who done it.
Do you know Slane-aldo's contract situation?
Take it you are his mate?

The douche previously posted that we were in talks with Wes Brown. Clearly a boy with little or no integrity!Motherwell Maver... Not seen anything on Slane's injury yet. Does anyone know what happened and how long he is likely to be out?
-
As I can't name a single St Johnstone player, there isn't much point giving a prediction, so I will just give it a big "Moan Ye 'Weeeeeeeeeeell" for the new season. Best of luck in Perth, let's see what kind of start they can make. I shall try to get online for updates during the game.
Thanks for that valuable input. Not sure who Manure are playing, but hope yous get pumped!
I fancy a comfortable victory for us tomorrow, and Ladbrokes' 6/4 is a smokin' bet in my opinion. 2-0 to the good guys - Sutton and Murphy. Hope our promising young 'uns get a run out at some point, especially McHugh, as I think we will need him at some point - if Sutters gets injured.

Anyone have any idea how much an Scotland v England 1967 programme would be worth?
-
Can't comment on Darren but Marc has not been told he's surplus to requirements....sorry to disappoint you all.
Good, I like Fitzy and think he has a lot to offer. Think if he gets the chance he could play the holding role well in one of Gannon's many systems.
-
he is fucking ugly though!
That's a bit out of order. He's a footballer, not a model!
-
Last week when I was driving to work I thought I seen Slane walking by the Mitchell Library. Seeing that he comes from Anderston, it seems that it was Slane-aldo.
Pointless post.......
-
Reynolds should have taken him out before he got in the box. Inexperienced play, and a hardened pro would have walked away with a yellow card from that!
-
"He is a fantastic young player and I think over the course of this year you'll see a player who is going to grow and grow into a top-class Scottish player."
Let's hope so. Really excited to see the opportunities that the young guys are about to get.
Does anyone thing that JG hasn't signed a new striker because he sees a great deal of potential in Murphy, Archdeacon and McHugh that he fully intends to develop this season?
-
They apparently offered Falkirk 100k for Arfield, so I would imagine a similar bid for Murphy. Feckin jokers!
-
it would be good if gannon could find a prem kid like anthony stokes on loan
I know it is not quite logical, but I chuffin' hate loans! Of no medium-long term benefit to Super Well! I would much rather finish a couple of places back to blood in Archdeacon and McHugh --> potentially much better for us in the medium to long, and probably as much a risk as getting a young EPL loanee. For every Stokes there is that duffer from Villa we had a few years ago....Tennant was it?
-
Totally shocked to hear this on the radio on the way to work.
RIP Paul

Shug's link works well. Just be aware that you need to run it in Internet Explorer. If you use Firefox, you'll need the Internet Explorer tabs plug-in to run it.
Looks good though.
Any idea whether it works on Safari for the mac?

Do you still have Lacutus, Popescu, Hagi etc?
Romanian Aberdeen??
-
Can't say that I am surprised with anything he said, nor him leaving. The only slight tinge of disrespect to the Well is when he mentions that we are happy to plod along without any real ambition........perhaps he could have omitted from saying that - true as it may be.
Overall Smith was a good keeper for us, and I hope he gets on well down south.
-
If only you had a clue mate. Anyway batter in.
Can you enlighten us then?
Having read this thread the past few days, it seems like the only nuisance has been your constant over-reaction to relatively sensible posts. Take your posts out the equation and there is no friction or sniping; all the others have enquired about is whether their will be an away strip, etc. The general questions are kinda the questions that you would expect on a football forum that is not linked to the club.
I have yet to see any real criticism of PSL regarding the away strip, etc (only some speculation about DD earlier in the week that was cleared up).
Take it easy diggle, you're going to wind up having a breakdown.
