bladesman Posted June 5, 2013 Report Share Posted June 5, 2013 When you bear in mind that swinecastle was valued at £20m+ before everything went south, and now they'll be lucky to see anywhere near £10m for it, I reckon it'll be a while before the club are confident enough to try punting the stadium for a reasonable amount of cash, or any developer offer a fair size wad..
