daver Posted March 11, 2015 Report Share Posted March 11, 2015 I heard a Rangers fan on a radio phone-in saying fans would be willing to do a lot of work around the stadium. That might be ok for things like sweeping the terraces (even that I have my doubts about) but Health and Safety legislation, insurance these days would probably rule a lot of it out. Say an electrician is carrying out some repairs and something goes wrong, there would be no come back for either party and the club would have to be very careful about going down that route.
