Frazzie Posted July 18, 2009 Report Share Posted July 18, 2009 Normally, I would agree, but the fact that the old guy would have to go to Wales for court if they pleaded Not Guilty (which they probably would) was almost certainly a factor in his decision. Also, the fact that they were on the same bus suggests that there's a good chance that the scumbags know or could find out where he lives, so there could be a fear factor aswell.
