Watson (0%) P1 W0 D0 L1. First Match: 21/02/98 Hearts L 2-4. Last Match: 21/02/98 Hearts L 2-4.

McLeish (29%) P132 W38 D40 L54. First Match: 13/08/94 Rangers L 1-2. Last Match: 07/02/98 Dundee United L 0-1.

McLean (31%) P403 W123 D111 L169.

And I made a mistake on McGhee's should be 41% which puts him above Butcher.

Wow, tiz funny, some people on this site would have strung you up to dare question McGhee during his rein, yet the stats don't even make him better than Butcher! Interesting indeed!

To be fair Win Ratio is not really a fair way to judge a manager because it doesn't take into consideration the difference between draws and loses (except that they aren't wins of course!).

For instance you could have manager A on P30 W10 D10 L10 and manager B on P30 W10 D0 L20 and it would be the same ratio for both.

I bought the special edition Championship Souvenir Brochure off ebay for that season. Just got it the other day and it is off to be signed by Joe Wark (our captain) and Ian Clinging. I got it for £1.50 and I just wonder what it is worth now that the signatures have been added.
