They are going to get back to me monday and if its a decent price i'll get it ordered straight away. Pledge your donations here in this thread and i'll keep it updated, i'll also fire up a paypal address to send money too but not until after we know exactly how much its going to cost. Bop Posted September 26, 2009 Author Report Share Posted September 26, 2009 Had a quick chat with Gaz before the game today and meant to ask him about it but i think hes going to put a bit of time into a higher res version of his original picture and i'll then send it over to the flag makers. I wont find out until Monday night their quote for the bigger flag but i think the plan is to see how much it will be and if we get enough donations we'l go for that. If not then we'l go for the slightly smaller version for £145. I wont take any cash until the design is finalised and we have an idea of the size. (although thanks to Matt J, paid a tenner today!). I'm counting £80 above - I'll round that up to £200 - the bigger the better as far as I'm concerned. Absolutely fantastic mate! Really really generous. Just got the quote back there for the really really big one (15' x 20') which is quite reasonable at £425. Thats us basically half way there. Mon well fans, i'll give it until Thursday and if we dont quite have enough i'll collect the cash in and see what the largest flag we can get for whatever we raise is? Bop Posted September 28, 2009 Author Report Share Posted September 28, 2009 Just got a quote back from another company who say the largest they can do in one piece is 12' by 5', its a little bit smaller obviously but comes in under budget at the moment at £195.
