Need to back up tonights performance with a win and 3 points. Top 6 is all but guaranteed now due to our GD, but be good to make it official. Rangers play Celtic on the Sunday, so something has to give there. If we can keep winning the fixtures will ensure we close the gap above us.....

Went for Just. What a find. Clever, makes great runs, vision and a finish with the right foot. Priestman also a find. O'Donnell immense at the back and going forward. Great to see Bjørgolfsson get off the mark. Wouldn't be surprised to see him going on a we run now. No failures, subs all made a contribution.

That was very pleasing tonight. Yet again, we did give up the early chance, but after that it was pretty much one way traffic. To play St Mirren off the park on their own pitch and to be 3 -0 up and coasting even before the red card was quite the response to Wednesday. Bit annoyed with Slattery. He takes a litlle bit of the shine off what was a totally dominant performance, as Im pretty sure we would still have scored more without the sending off. Overall though, it was a statement result and performance. We need to keep backing it up now. One game at a time. I believe 🧡❤️🧡

Just for me but probably the best SOD performance in such a long time, an overall full match amazing team performance the likes of which i haven't seen for almost 20 years Cmon yee Well Premiership champions 25/26!

Was massively raging on Wed but that was an utter dismantling of a team who I thought we'd struggle against. Utter Domination Football with a purpose

Immense performance and took absolutely every pleasure in seeing them suffer. Great to see Eythor getting off the mark although (being picky) with the rampaging Longelo down left and interplay on right wing he could have had several more if he’d stayed more central.

Someone posted on the other place that JBA was seen to be having a stern word with him at FT. He did the same with Said when he started taking the piss v Hibs so I could well believe it

While everyone was excellent, Just for me was the main man. His runs today destroyed their midfield and defence, and his goal started the demolition.

Every week there are new stats that surprise me, even though I'm watching every game: St Mirren had kept a clean sheet in four of their latest five games, but the roof well and truly fell in tonight. Motherwell have now kept 12 clean sheets and conceded just three goals in their last 15 league games. They have now lost only three league games. Only second-top Rangers have lost fewer. They are now unbeaten in their latest four visits to SMiSA Stadium, all without conceding a goal, and have suffered just one defeat in their last 12 league visits.

So pleased about this win because I'm one of those people who thinks we are genuine challengers for the league, but we had to bounce back after that midweek set back and we did with gusto. We've been the best team in the league over the last 20 or so matches, we now have the joint best goal difference in the league. If we keep this form and performance level going this team could do something amazing but are of course going to have to beat the teams above us.
