I guarantee he’ll do well back in Australia, I think he’s much maligned by our fans. He’s a good player but I do agree he did seem a bit off, as if he didn’t want to be here so if that is case, goodbye and good luck. Positives are that it’s Sydney FC who have money, we may get our investment back and it’s in our interest that he does well there.

Spot on, plus he really wasnt that good, never in the right place, his positional sense was shocking, hopefully there was an option to buy clause in the loan agreement and we can get rid of him permanently, another dud off the books, happy days.

To add in, I actually like us when we play without an out and out striker with the 3 front players moving around and interchanging. Must be an absolute nightmare to defend against. If you add in Just, Said, RCC and now Nicholson to our attacking options, I think we are in good shape.

We have Eythor and Maswanhise fit and ready. Hendry will be back soon. Zander McAllister has been getting minutes (and was doing so ahead of Stama) so youd have to think he is in Jens thoughts..... Given how we normally set up, I dont think we are short up front.

He’s been as good as a man down for the past season and a half. We’ve played different systems and it’s largely been the same story with him, so it can’t just be about the shape or style not suiting him. Hopefully he does well over there, gets his career back on track, and we can recoup some of our investment.

I think probably a mutual decision. Him and his partner have young child and she is exoecting again. Being back in Oz makes sense. I just hope Maswanhise or Thor don't get injured or our season could come off the rails

Never felt that he really wanted to be here always looked a bit miserable. Hopefully he kicks on and we get some return on him

A good move for all parties concerned. Lets hope it works out. I agree Grizzly. We currently have 3 out and out strikers. Of those, 2 are currently injured and the other is still gaining match fitness. Can't think of any young strikers about to break through.

Manager says we are well covered which I suspect means we have development players ready for time in the squad. Frankly better to bring them in and test them than waste any more money on Stama.

We didn't play the style we do now last season and he was poor then too, so I struggle to see what style we'd need to play to get a performance out of him. Good move for all. Wish him well he won't be back.
