Yes El Grew he also reminded me of Vic Davidson
-
One small banner should suffice at the start of the match , roughly the length of the John Hunter stand should be big enough , then after that ignore the lying prick.
-
Yes I agree, I dont think we should be giving Kettlewell any type of reaction at all Much more important things going on

As Ive said elsewhere, Dougie Imrie is just our pantomime villain and doesnt everyone really love the pantomime villain? Without one the show just isnt nearly as entertaining! Ive always felt that even though both parties like to give it to each other tight, there is still a sort of weird kinda respect there. The banner yesterday was great to see, as was the applause that went right around the stadium. Football at its best......

Absolutely π―

Who is Kettlewell? πππ
-
In his big Kilmarnock Bunnet as he ran to catch the plane?
-
Just was a joy to watch. Hearts just couldnβt handle him. He reminded me of Vic Davidson in the way he slalomed past defenders. Hope we can hold onto him.
-
I agree Kettlewell should be ignored and all our energy should be on the team to encourage them.

Ox was good until he made an arse of a cross and cost us a goal. His confidence took a hit and never hit the same heights again. The longer he has not played the better he seems to be in people's minds. Ward has made some very good saves to keep us in it on occasions. He was part of the reason we lost two goals yesterday. He knows and has owned these errors. Every player makes mistakes. Goalkeepers have less margins for failure. Collectively yesterday we got it wrong in the last 25 mins.
-
I agree, Oxborough should be our 1st choice keeper, Ward gives me the fear.
-
Both have their own different styles of playing. I rate Oxborough - but it's impossible to say where we would be if he was in goals. Obviously Jens thinks Ward is suited to this style of play
-
We looked good yesterday can't help but feel if Ox was in goals last 3 games were on 7 points.
- Today
-
We could say the same for Hearts - we put three past them.
-
It is, but I always wonder why any player would tweet after a less than perfect performance a) at all, or b) without at least limiting who can reply.
-
He's leaving on a jet plane.

I know itβll never happen but Iβd love for SK to be completely ignored as Iβm sure that will hurt him more the attention seeking little nyaff. out of all the sides we play this year, beating Killie is up there as much as beating the old firm. Iβd love if we could maintain that 65min level of performance from yesterday for the full 90β¦.. if we can, I donβt see any team in the league beating us. i dream for a 4-0 but Iβd accept 3-0 π€£

Be great to give SK a decent reception /show of respect. Go forth and win 3-0 , That will do nicely
-
So you will be far far away πΆ π

Fly out on holiday on Thursday so going to miss this one which is a shame as I was so looking forward to giving Kettlewell a wave and ask how he's doing! π€£π€£. Nothing against Killie fans but I hope we absolutely pump them next week and with a brilliant style of football. Also I would love it if the fans DIDN'T give Kettlewell pelters as it just plays into his hands. I would rather it's 90 mins of JB songs . COYW

I share your reflections . If we could bring in a Randolph level keeper, central defenders and a no6 I think we'd be one of the best teams in the league. For me yesterday was so very enjoyable until they scored, some of the best football Ive seen us play. We were brilliant as a team for 60 mins but then tired and were poor as a team. I don't think it's just individual errors, as a team we lost our way against a Hearts team who until they scored didn't have the crowd with them. Suspect we'll learn to have better ball retention and like you mentioned a few prudent signings will really help us.

Next week will represent a crucial test for us. A home game against a beatable side. This early in the season, not a six pointer of course but an importnat game nonetheless. Hopefully we'll see a new face or two, but maybe not starters. Rightly, we're reciving plaudits for our attractive style of play. Now though, we need to up our game at both ends of the pitch. Improve our defending at the back and be more lethal up front.
