  2. Zero minutes is the only safe approach. Let him give everyone a wave via a Zoom call from his couch.
  3. He was a first choice starter when he got back to full fitness, so not sure Cardiff would want to loan him out. Sell him, maybe, if they need some cash after relegation.
  4. If we sell Lennon is a loan move a possibility? I know it sounds ambitious but If ye don't ask
  5. Today
  6. I think DT would have been better served abroad, but he was also unlucky with injuries at Celtic. Even so, he made 100 appearances, scored 25 goals and picked up a handful of medals along the way. At his young age, ff he'd stayed fit, it might have set up him for a bigger move elsewhere. Maybe not a Henrik Larsson type move to Barcelona, but certainly a Virgil van Dijk type move (before he ended up at Liverpool). His move to a struggling Cardiff side was a strange one, though - and then he picked up another injury which interrupted his chance at regular football again. I always like to see Scottish talent test themselves overseas, so hope Miller takes that route.
  7. I don't think so tbh - we won't need money for Slattery once we sell Miller - and whatever offer we get for slats is likely to be peanuts - particularly if it's to another spl team
  8. I really can’t see lennons father allowing that to happen? I’d hope not anyway. He needs to head abroad. He could use DT as the example. as for DT, I understand that both Lecce and Cardiff both offered similar amounts to sign him from Celtic but cardiffs wages were wild in comparison and he opted for there. When these offers come in, I can’t help but think agents play a part.
  9. From the player we seen at us,it's crazy to think turnbull will be playing league 1 football next season.its a totally different game abroad and it's no wonder the likes of max Johnstone is doing well, any youngster should be advised to avoid the cesspits of Ibrox and parkhead at any cost.
  10. Agreed - I know Lennon gets and deserves lots of plaudits but DT was for me way above everyone . I’d put DT up there with Bobby Russell in terms of technical and agree foreign leagues would suit him .
  11. I feel for him, and can’t help but think he’s been badly advised by his agent. He’s certainly earning a fortune but his career has declined, I just hope Cardiff move him on as they will not be able to afford his wages and he can kick start his career again as he’s a young guy still. for me he’s perfectly suited to German, French or Italian football. In my opinion he’s still probably the most technically gifted young player I’ve seen break through at Motherwell. I considered him better than the likes of Gary Mac and Phil.
  12. I’ve a feeling that we might get an offer or two for Slattery over the summer and if it’s enough then he will be away.
  13. Good to see DT was at the match on Wed. Pretty sure my uncle was trying to superglue his feet to keep him in Lanarkshire. Wonder if he regrets not moving abroad v's moving to Celtic.
  14. Agree, probably more a Hearts, Hibs Aberdeen or even back to Utd kind of signing if he were to come back to Scotland.
  15. It happened last year , it pretty seamless. My google wallet updated with my new season ticket and would expect it to be seamless again next year. However I do agree the wording about the digital option could be clearer.
  16. Great player. But, another one who is likely to have offers way above our pay grade unfortunately. He would probably walk into any SPL team outwith Celtic right now.
  17. I see Stuart Armstrong is a free agent? I always liked him as a player but at 33 I’m not too sure. He does seem like one of these uber fit guys and im sure he’d do us a decent turn for a season but i would understand the reluctance.
  18. And in fact, I went into the office after renewing online and taking the digital option (I want my card updated) and was told that my card would be updated. The whole thing is as clear as mud and I suspect another visit to the office will be required.
  19. But that option doesnt exist online. Thats the whole problem. I shouldnt have to phone or go to the ticket office to complete what is the most obvious choice for most people!
  20. If your seat details are the same and the type of card you are buying is unchanged then your card will just be updated - they told me that if there were any issues with the card updating they would let me know. Last year I didn't get a new card - they just updated my card when I bought my season ticket.
  21. I was in exactly the same boat, as I suspect were/are many others. Its now confirmed that a digital ticket is one which gets downloaded to your phone and I don't want that for the same reasons as you (I believe others have the same concern). The site and the answer I was given still doesn't clarify what online option those whose details remain unchanged and wish to renew should select online. There is a problem here and it needs to be fixed. Season ticket renewal needs to be as simple and straightforward as possible.
  22. Ross County fans have gone off Hale of late, but Chilvers is a decent player - he's injured of course.
  23. That was precisely my point. I dont need a new cars. Im keeping the same seat, price, class etc. Just need the card updating with the new data, which is why I ticked digital. I went in on Wednesday night and the girl there confirmed that digital only refers to season tickets downloaded to your phone. You have no physical card. I dont fancy that option as I dont trust myself or my phone not to f#ck that up. I was then told to phone the club on Monday and they will be able to fix it. Im still none the wiser as to whether I need a new card or my old one gets updated. All very confusing but we will get their in the end.
