The app still doesn't even recognise me as a member despite being a paid up member since the first year and signing up with the same email address I used when I joined.

I logged in today both on my phone and PC to try to change my monthly subscription level. Logging in was easy on my Samsung but much more difficult on the website. However I followed instructions about changing my monthly payment but found it a very cumbersome and clunky process. I was also advised months ago that once the app was up and running members could set their own amounts i.e. £8, £14 monthly or whatever. However when I tried to alter my amount this morning I discovered that you are still limited to specified amounts £5, £10, £20 etc. I ended up reinstating my original amount. Presumably the app is still very much work in progress.
