Logging in was easy on my Samsung but much more difficult on the website. However I followed instructions about changing my monthly payment but found it a very cumbersome and clunky process. I was also advised months ago that once the app was up and running members could set their own amounts i.e. £8, £14 monthly or whatever. However when I tried to alter my amount this morning I discovered that you are still limited to specified amounts £5, £10, £20 etc. I ended up reinstating my original amount.
