  1. Past hour
  2. 2 non-regular starters is hardly a massive overhaul. I was more concerned by the fact our MFC TV commentator thinks we're having a minutes applause for John Hunter (although he did get it right after the applause).
  3. Holy shit! Seriious Stuart McCall vibes about that lineout! Hopefully Big Jens has called it right! šŸ˜šŸ˜šŸ˜
  4. Certainly testing the ā€œin JBA we trustā€ philosophy.
  5. A lot of the fear is we’ve all experienced disappointment. I think this is a great lineup in current state where the message seems to be anyone can step in and knows the system and expectations. If they don’t perform then we have a great bench to call upon. COYW
  6. You would hope so but remember the pelters poor SOD used to get.
  7. We should be looking for one anyway so if we get Welsh back then we are in really good shape.
  8. Surely 99% of the support aren’t going to get on his back. He’s not done anything wrong, he puts a shift in and has a decent goals to games ratio. In my view he’s still our best striker, a much better player than Hendry.
  9. Dunfermline away is a tougher game, but every cup tie needs our full attention. Have no reason to believe we'll be anything but well prepared.
  10. Dunfermline were not great, but got the luck you need.
  11. Today is Stama's chance. Be great if he could score early and help his confidence. Last thing he needs is fans on his back, that achieves nothing
  12. Hibs knocked out. No easy games in the cup. Let’s hope for the best today, I don’t want to see Kettlewells smug coupon at full time.
  13. Hibs out by the looks of things. Warning for us if we are not at it.
  14. Good to see Ross get a chance, Great bench if we are struggling hut hope not. Get intae them!!
  15. Looks like a decent line up to me. Only major surprise is Ross getting a starting slot, but seems low risk given we'll have 75% possession. At the start of the season I thought Connelly was the most comfortable of all 3 keepers with the ball at his feet - although Ward has obviously improved since then. I expect Said and Sparrow to be pulling them wide to try and create spaces between the buses parked at the back.
  16. There is always a chance any team can get beat whether they play their strongest team or not. We have a strong squad and todays team reflects that. Its good Connolly and Ross are getting game time. We also have five subs to take advantage later on in game.
  17. As long as we win and progress then it won’t matter a jot, indeed it will look like a shrewd move by Jens. But we’ve been here before with Cup ties and this one will be a tough battle which we will need to negotiate properly. We should have enough quality in that starting lineup to win but you just never know.
  18. JBA has made plenty changes before and got it right. We need to trust him. I am surprised however, i thought we would be going full throttle with the big guns. A nice 3-0 win & it will be all good!
  19. Certainly an interesting line up
  20. It certainly signals how important the league is. If we push ahead and win then once again the manager proves his clout.
  21. Today
  22. But but but I thought TJ was at Ibrox? Thats what the bad rangers supporters said
  23. I had a feeling he’d do this. Loads of changes. It’ll be interesting
  24. How often should a Motherwell striker be scoring? 1 in 3 is a perfectly reasonable expectation. Any more than that and you're looking at someone putting themselves in amongst the all time greats.
