  1. Past hour
  2. He runs flat out for 30 minutes. Falls over like he's mortally wounded, then after 60 seconds on the ground, jumps up again and runs flat out for another 30 minutes. Incredible energy to add to his excellent footballing skills.
  3. It doesn't feel right to vote for Just when there's three of him and only one of everyone else.
  4. Have you given up on a title race this season? I don't think it is quite over yet. I still believe that Hearts will fall back into the pack a little. IF we get a win against Dundee, the Rangers game becomes huge and could potentially drag us right back into the fight. I know it is a long shot but this season still holds much excitement. We still have to play Rangers, Celtic and Hearts twice. I am making an assumption now that top six is secured. Unbelievable to be making that statement in January.
  5. Levitt was unreal at Dundee Utd when he first went there can't say I've seen much of him at Hibs but he's certainly a decent player. I suspect we'll only bring in a CB between now and the end of the window tho. I'd like us to get a Lb in as playing JK LB is not a long term solution in that position and JBA seems to have gone right of Longelo. I feel he's been playing injured for months as he doesn't look like he's moving as fluidly as when he first came. In terms of outgoings we could maybe get rid of Robinson but I don't know if he's even fit and we tend to rehab guys before we cut them loose. We could probably do with a winger until RCC is back but i doubt many will be looking to come sit on the bench at M'well for 6 months.
  6. Mcginn was superb today, nothing got past him, Sparrow also excellent
  7. Yes Just for me too. He has an amazing engine and looks so comfortable on the ball.
  8. Maswanhise for his first half display.
  9. The draws at the start of the season were part of the development process. You can't implement a completely new approach and have it work immediately. That was as true for someone like Klopp at Liverpool as it is for JBA at Fir Park. The key will be can we maintain and improve next season now that everyone knows what they are doing. If we can, then it will be an exciting one.
  10. Just for me. One of the few that kept going the second half.
  11. You can say "What if?" about so many games this season, but IF we hadn't dropped points after being 3-0 up against Hearts, and IF the stone wall last minute penalty had been awarded (and scored) against Rangers, we'd be sitting in outright second place just now, just 4 points behind Hearts. Of course, there's also a parallel universe where we lost half of the games we drew - sliding doors...
  12. JT was electric in first half. As 2nd half was a non event, he gets the nod.
  13. He’s absolutely effortless the way he plays. For a young lad we have a potential rolls Royce on our hands. I can only see him improving as well.
  14. Today
  15. Great first half and the job was done by half time. Still unbeaten in that light blue Steelworks kit too
  16. Edging closer to clinching top 6 place Aberdeen need 6 games to overtake us amd only 9 games till the split. Although Dundee Utd might turn out to be the team challenging for top 6 rather than Aberdeen since Utd have games in hand
  17. We see them most games though, because we're not perfect. Opponents aren't perfect either, so don't always score when they get the chance. Of course we want to minimize them, but not every mistake costs a goal.
  18. Priestman for me today. Slightly different different kind of midfielder to Watt, but fits into the system just as well.
  19. Felt sorry for the big new guy. We gave him nothing but at least it’s another run out for him and great to see Nicholson back playing.
  20. That will change if we don’t fix issue that pop up
  21. Our defensive record says otherwise.
  22. Went for the big and powerful JT for the 2 goals..
  23. Possibly. And looks like we need a wee bit of practise on that. Some slack passing amd control. may not get away with that against other teams
  24. Second half not up to our usual standards of this season but other than Wards brain fart when he tried to dribble the on rushing forward they never really looked like scoring. Hope JK is alright
  25. I'm just wondering if that's JBA asking the team to sit on a lead and see the game out as practice for playing against the big teams. Can't see any other reason for such a poor second half.
  26. Poorest half of football I’ve seen us play in a while but in the end apart from a couple of wee slips at the back, pretty comfortable. fadinger and Priestman didn’t put a foot wrong. I’d love to see their passes stats. Must be about 98% success.
