You taking a locomotive train? 🤣🤣
-
Will be there under my own steam...I'm sure the buses will sell out but seems a bit steep to me
- Today
-
Never mind, as long as you make it to the final.
-
I’m not sure now what our best starting 11 and formation is. With the players we have and the style JBA has us playing there’s a few different options. So as mentioned above we may see line up changes depending on opposition or in game situations. Of course injuries and suspensions will also drive changes. With a bit of luck (we are overdue some good fortune) on injuries and suspensions, we have players who can step up without affecting team performance level very much, if at all. im not sure how long this is going to last so we should all enjoy this as much as we can. Such a breath of fresh air

5:30 on the Saturday is a disaster for me as I’ve other commitments, was holding on to the slim to no chance hope that it would be the Sunday game but that’s fecked now.
-
In my opinion, if it genuinely was for personal reasons then it’s never a mistake to put family first.
-
That's Rangers and Celtic prices - penalty we pay for mixing it with them ðŸ˜
-
Looks like we are getting the East end of the stadium. Yeah, prices are ridiculous.
-
Jeez not exactly cheap prices plus the £20 for bus is steep. Will still be there though
-
https://www.motherwellfc.co.uk/2025/09/24/premier-sports-cup-semi-final-date-confirmed/ St Mirren semi final is 5.30pm on the Saturday.
-
Hopefully we can get a good sized home crowd behind the team. Not sure how many Dons fans will be making the trip. Get right behind the team and if we can get off to a good start maybe their heads will go down and we can heap more misery on them.
-
It's nice you have found a way to stick to your core negativity principles amongst all the good work the new manager and players are doing.
-
You do have a glass got hee haw in it outlook and where I don't think people getting carried away i tend to look at fact we still have not lost a competitive game all season. Yes we should have won about 3 of thor games but our squad is looking the healthiest it has for years and that I with us selling our star player
-
Yes, for once we showed a bit of consistency ... and lost both games.
-
Fair comment but I have a feeling that instead of 11 first team players we now have a squad who play, and fight, for each other, don't expect to play every game and respect a manager who may not get every thing right, but he is the Boss.
-
Did Motherwell not lose to St Johnstone last season in same circumstances ?
-
I was sure we would lose this one before they lost at Tannadice last night and now I am absolutely convinced of it. A lot of people getting way, way ahead of themselves about this team when we’re yet to register a league game win and have thrown away the maximum points in our last three games. The omens aren’t good either when you look at how Cup/League double headers against Aberdeen go. We’ve had plenty of them over the years and the trend is usually win one, lose one with the only exception being a 1-1 draw in February 2022 the week after we knocked them out of the Scottish Cup.
-
No harm to the guy, but he barely registers with me. He was here for less than half a season and moved on at the first opportunity. Obviously has a win over Rangers under his belt but even Kettlewell managed that the previous year.
-
Managers never leave Motherwell and go on to greater achievements, Fir Park is the high point in their careers. 😃
-
I just meant it shows you how bonkers football can be when a team under so much pressure could possibly be only 1pt behind us come 8.00 on sat. However JBA for me has been a revelation and not the manager you want to be on wrong side of so he will have players well up for it on Saturday COYW
-
Leaving Scotland’s top flight for personal reasons to take a third tier German job looks like a mistake already, but I wish him well.
-
Updated to 3-0 after their defeat last night, as anything less wouldn’t reflect where our team and theirs are right now. Just will come off the bench for Said, dribble through their entire team, and walk it straight into the net for the third.
-
He's only good at beating Rangers. Maybe bullet indeed dodged.
-
In normal circumstances a game like this would terrify me. Playing a team without a win or a goal would normally equate to us being on the receiving end of a defeat and Aberdeen(any team) breaking their bad run. I don’t get this with JBAs team, I’m looking forward to it and looking forward to hopefully having a couple of injured players back. Hopefully our first 3 points of the season.
-
Would love this to be the game where it all clicks and we start converting our chances and beat them soundly so that I can just sit back, relax And enjoy. Hoping Just is back amd able to play in at least part Of the game if not from the start
