So, the antithesis of club outlook?

Just bought the home leg tickets. Assumed they get zapped onto season tickets like cup games last season but they got emailed through to download to e-wallet. No big deal in the grand scheme of things but caught me out.

Of the ones coming through the only ones i'd be expecting around the first team are Zander Macallister and Olly Whyte.

Maswanhise - Will flag up well in the data and Anderlecht seem to be sniffing about him. Could see us getting 3-4M for him which would be great. Just - Was comfortably one of the best players in the league had a good world cup and his agent basically came out and said he was gone. Had his breakout season at 26 again we'll cash in at 3-4M. Watt - Had a great season but again we could be looking at bids of 2-3M and if they come in he'll be sold. If we play our cards right we could take in £10M in transfer fees which would set the club up for years to come and would help us attract better quality players looking to build their careers. If they can help us go a couple rounds in Europe before they leave that would be lovely though.

I don't think any of our youngsters who left for England with zero first team games had any luck down there. The ones that stuck around to get 40 or 50+ games under their belt had more success.

Our Academy youngster, Harry Grierson, (I've never heard of him) signs for Brighton for a 6 figure fee.

He comes over really well does Kyrk, it’s so refreshing listening to his outlook and enthusiasm for progressing the club….. it’s just what I need after watching Steve Clarke’s press conference and his IM Jolley demeanour.

Unfortunately this is now postponed, as motherwell are taking a number of the youth players across to Denmark due to our small squad. The charity tournament will still go ahead, followed by a match against Darvel. The match v motherwell will be rearranged for a later date

Just to stimulate discussion, I looked at both Colin O'Neil and Michael Higdon and excluded them on the basis of their limited appearances. However, a strong case can be made for them both. KVV? I would have excluded him due to limited appearances, but he did set an all time goalscoring record for continuous games and thats why I selected him. I'm itching to see someone else's top 100.

A superb piece of research and looks to me like a well thought out and balanced group. Taking in all the factors that matter to us fans. No chance any two lists would be identical which emphasises what a task it is. My main addition would have been Higdon. Had to win the fans over, did that and ended up a cult hero for both his on and off field contributions. I would rate him marginally above KVV. All about opinions though. Thanks for putting the time and effort into this.

2 omissions that jump out to me, along with Moult are Colin O'Neil and Michael Higdon. Great effort though 👏

Of course. And the point of these lists is, in part, to generate this kind of discussion. He was one of my favourite players, and he did make more appearances for us than Faddy. Would be very boring if we all had the same tastes in football.

I expect that most of you will have received details of the club's fan survey by now and I hope many of you will participate. The more quality data on the fanbase that the club collects the better. However, I thought that 2 or three questions were difficult or impossible to answer correctly due to wrong or confusing wording or lack of appropriate options. Give it a go though.
