Indeed! 11 games (1 round of fixtures) to the split and we are 12 points (+bunch of goals) ahead of 7th spot. If we have a good start to this round of fixtures it will be hard to knock us out of the top six.

Here's hoping the data is correct and he is exactly what we need. It seems to have worked so far with Jens signings. Fingers crossed we have another hit. geez!! I had already forgot about Cook. When will we get him back. I think he is a great player to have in our squad.

Our main area to strengthen is striker. We can makeshift cover at CB, to a lesser extent at left back but it would be good to have player whose first positions is CB and player whose first position is LB. Striker, left back, centre back, and if we can afford it, a good quality midfielder who would be in contention for a starting slot and not just one to make up numbers.

With Cook, Hendry injured and AP doing AP things we still need another mobile front man.

We're certainly light in the striking department now, with Hendry out injured for several weeks too.

Many an apparent poor striker has rocked up and delivered. As you say time will tell. What needs to happen for a striker to really flourish is decent service and for said striker having good movement.
