  1. Pedantic. Didn't allude to that in any way. By your own admission, 'He is a good player with pace and good skill for a defender', Reynolds is a player with ability that stretches beyond the SPL as these are attributes that seem to be the requirement of clubs south of the border to which I remarked. Don't need to be a 'football man' with experience for that. My point with regards the grasp of the game wasn't directly at you, more at the board in general as some of the ideals happen to border on the ridiculous at times.
  2. Erm, naw. It's not a typical tactic at the club... Victory for our scouting network, Page was released from Portsmouth's youth system and Hutchison from juvenile football in the Newcastle Upon Tyne area.
  3. Good player, pace, skill for a defender, but, he hasn't proved himself and may never? Attributes suited to the English game methinks... As for howlers, John Terry not make a few the season past? He's young yet, will being amongst better players, differing coaching methods not provide the platform to gain the qualities you feel are lacking? What is Scottish international class? Gary Caldwell? I'd wager over 90% of points raised with regards player perception at our club are based on little participation or no grounding in the game at any level or knowledge as to how the game 'is' played.
  4. He was carrying a knock, Hateley deemed fitter. It really is that simple.
  5. Via Amsterdam (which some may approve of) or Denmark now

Get paid with yer name on a training kit
  7. I'd suspect a different opinion if the opportunity presented itself, but, straight from the horse's mouth, Ladbrokes area manager vowed that they wouldn't be involved at Fir Park again. Bookmaker facilities available at other grounds are all operated by Ladbrokes. Unsure if linked or how it would comply with SPL rules, are Ladbrokes a corporate partner of the league?
  8. No, credit where it is due... considering the rainfall, our visitors trained on the surface the previous evening also and surface looked immaculate, holding up under challenges unlike last year even when in good condition. A victory for fibresand? Well, heralded as a new development, it was nothing new to the market... Mild winter required? Vegetarian foxes? Undersoil heating manual? It'll be a long, hard season mind.

Bumper crowd? Doubtful, look forward to that myself though. Hoping the tie is effectively won tonight, but, remember chearing the team onto the pitch against My-Pa was the highlight for that particular season...
  10. A progressive move by the club, commercially viable, wouldn't have entertained the idea otherwise
  11. Pardon my ignorance. Money still required to 'offload' him from his current contract, no? We'd be cheaper taking out a hit on him, well, a brass monkey tenner bag seen ye down in Forgewood should suffice.
  12. There is a lot in what you say Dee m'lad. I support much of what you and yours do home and away, but, for some others... Probably couldn't wait to bash the mock outrage out on the keyboard. Again. For you, Although, the Sieg Heil chant has to go I'm afraid. No shock value anymore, just one of disgust for many. Hell, the chant preceeding was 'One Darren Randolph'. Irony? Albeit Irish, he's a darker shade of pale last time I looked! Good job he's not a homo, what a life he would lead with his other afflictions
  13. Well, we could go on and on plucking names out of thin air... Do we think the board are offering the space on our jerseys on trust? The charities mentioned would require funding to secure such and I'd expect any monies by most are better served undertaking the work that they do, no? I'd wager our main sponsor to be a lot further up the food chain. That's not a pun btw before the usual suspects get moist at a Tesco, Asda or Morrisons logo adorning the kit. Thinking a little out the box, commercial awareness and viability, positive spin in the media? All for it, me.
  14. Does that. However, I'd wager a 4-4-2 with Humphrey wide on the right, hence, the amount of game time he had on Saturday. Right back slot goes to whoever is fit...
  15. Plenty of the training kit that's being used currently available in Sports Direct
  16. Eh? If it has been a done deal for weeks we would have replica kit sales on the go before the traditional 'fair' fortnight no?
  17. No he never, the rotund shoe-bomber lookalikey bought himself 2 and dropped one on the concourse floor, hence, you were then offered the offending bridie...
  18. A shit by any other name is still a shit, no? Simple economics in todays financial climate. I'd love to see the club purchase with funds received, it doesn't happen, any investment is made in what's already there. Something the board of directors and management should be commended for.
  19. 3? How that? In selling Reynolds, the club may only have what he earns in wages to offer to someone else... Doubtful any transfer fee is automatically added to the playing budget, I'd wager any monies recieved will service existing outgoings against borrowings in the last year... Realism they call it.
  20. Miles away fitness wise on Saturday...
  21. Only mentioned a month since Different sponsor from what was mentioned mind.
  22. If that's all that's up, better stock up...
