  1. Being honest, I thought we played well and were the better side up until we lost the 2nd goal...really unsure why that wasn't stopped for a head knock?? After that we fell to bits...having a wee boy as captain is mental, because at times like that we need someone to grip the whole team and get them re-focussed.

  3. Biereth got smashed by charles dunne in a match. It wasnt a training injury. But of course you knew that. It just didnt help add to your rant....

  5. Obviously we've been shite lately but we are still 5 points ahead of last season. Nothing against criticising the team and manager as long as there is a wider perspective on where we are. But you'd think it was -5 points for a loss sometimes with some of the comments. We've won 6 and lost 7 this season. Yet the criticism seems to vastly outweigh the praise.

  6. The pish I'm reading, not on here but about us losing to 3 poor teams, no 3 teams beat a poor team, get it right.

  7. Before anyone else bites my nose off I am not blaming Miller for losing run. I feel he should just be allowed to play and not think of the captaincy OK?

  8. Said that prior to sevco game. It's affecting his game. Gordon natural leader

  9. Total co incidence but since young lennon became captain we have been on terrible run. Can we take armband off him and just let the lad play? Give armband to gordon

  17. No davor or halliday, that is a positive then Kettlewell’s kills the positivity by starting Tavares!!! Has he really lost the plot?

  18. Why we 3 ahead of them with game in hand if they better in every position? They don't have player better than Lennon and also rate Liam Gordon higher than Thier defenders

  19. Achilles is a bad one. Certainly wont play again this season, which is probably why the comms team changed tack on their messaging. As some have pointed out Im not sure how you can compare an achilles injury to any of the others. McGinn did his quad kicking a ball. SoD got injured during a game. As did Paton and Stama. Slattery was an ACL. Nicholson knee problem. Callachan - Hamstring Vale - Calf Quite a variation in the type of injuries and setting. Not sure how our injury record compares to other clubs, but most successful teams take part in high intensity training. It needs to be managed, but if we want to improve we need to be at it too. Fairly certain SK and the management team are as concerned as anyone about the number of injuries. If we were doing something wrong they would identify it and change it. They're not that stupid.

  20. The amount of injuries does seem unreal. And questions deserve to be asked regards signing players with a history of injury. But please explain how you avoid an injury such as this. A 22 year old player, mid season, fit and with no injury record. No hint of any achilles issue. Should we just avoid any contact or running at training? I had the same injury a few years ago. Tendon snapped when I bent down to pick something up. No warning signs just happened. Surgeon told I was just unlucky and it could have happened anytime and there was nothing I could have done to avoid it. Just suggested I was fortunate it did not happen when I was driving. Six months to recover, followed by physio and a warning to be careful on stairs etc for a good few months. Not so sure the Robinson injury is one where the Club can be held to account.

  21. It is frustrating to lose another player, but don't think a ruptured achilles is one that is down to impact or training methods...this time, it is just bad luck...
