A wee bit of self promotion, sort of! Myself and fellow Well fan Gary Muircroft (Crofty off Go Radio) have started a podcast called Motherwell Daft. It's available on You Tube, Spotify and Apple. We've done 2 episodes already, pre and post St Mirren. We plan to do a weekly preview and then review of all Motherwell matches, so any feedback is appreciated, not to mention likes, shares and for folk to subscribe!
Cheers 👍
Almost needed subtitles to listen to it though Andy articulate. Really grinds me how sellik fan pundits obviously trying to unsettle team bu constantly saying Askou is a favourite to go there. Hopefully he has seen himself what the old firm are like and instead wants to make us the scottish bodo-glimt. Fingers crossed
I might be in the minority but if we're getting offered upwards of 5M for Maswanhise come the summer get him on the first plane there he's a good player but at 23 he's still extremely raw and I highly doubt he'll replicate his numbers this season again anywhere else.
Open goal is worth the watch this week, Motherwell mentioned throughout but primarily from about the 1hr mark. Quite interesting stuff considering it’s hosted by Ferry and Slane. Good to hear Jamie Murphy’s thoughts as well and he even mentioned the legend that is Jim Gannon.
I suppose the weird thing about this summer is we could be JBA, Just, Maswanhise down but the club could be the best part of £10M up of the back of 1 good season.
I still don't know how we ended up in the T6 and Europe that season we were horrendous after Watt left. The fact we tried to build our defence around Rickie Lamie at a point in time is also concerning looking back on it.
I’m assuming post split is
home: Celtic and Hearts
away: rangers hibs falkirk
Ideal outcome, last game of the season versus Hearts at Fir park. Winner takes the title
It is getting exciting and all we can do is look after ourselves. Our run in before split is tricky. We will see where we are once post split fixtures start
HOME. Dundee Utd
AWAY. Dundee
AWAY. Celtic
HOME. Hibs
HOME. Falkirk
AWAY. Hearts
I think realistically we need 4 wins and 2 draws to mount any serious challenge

Yeah I would . Playing shite football isn't forever as we are witnessing but a trophy win is and if anyone doesn't think we will play shite football again one day is delusional.
So you be happy with a season of eye bleeding shit fest football, in a relegation dogfight, with below average players and coaching staff, to get 3 or 4 good draws against some diddy teams and get lucky in a final. Yes we win a trophy but we are still left with the shit football and relegation fights for the 10 or 20 seasons after that till our next lucky season comes round...aye ok then.
Improving the club and team etc year on year is the way forward then we have more chances to win trophies and as a bonus we dont have to watch the shite we have been used to in recent seasons.
