Simply people mis-hearing "should've" as "should of". It's not a new thing, according to the OED the oldest recorded usage is 1814, and Charlotte Brontë used it in a letter in 1853.
Hopefully he's just got a burst nose from JBA giving him a proper headbutt after the St Mirren game, to teach him how to go down more convincingly next time.
I'd be more concerned had we not horsed Celtic without him. He's a great player for us, but with the whole team having upped their game over the course of the season, I'm not sure he's quite as important now as he was a couple of months ago.

I expect they did, and I don't doubt it was in good faith. But if he hasn't shown enough in training or whatever, then they're entitled to change their mind. Every footballer knows they have to earn their game time.
No point spending money on telly adverts these days, everybody watches on catch up and skips past them. The good ones tend to be made for the cinema now, as they still have a captive audience.
