Yip that was a reality check on where we are today Have said it before and I’ll say it again Grimshaw will never make a right back in a million years Tait is wasted a left back Seedorf is like playing with a man short …… something special once every 3 games if we’re lucky not good enough Young Scott still a work in progress and his head seemed to go down after penalty miss When we come up against good experienced pros with agame plan we are found wanting
-
Boy played 2 U21 games maybe that’s why he was a bit jaded it’s all about managing game time ‘Unfortunately we have no one that can play in his position to give him a break
-
As much as I like Grimshaw he is at best a squad player never a right back in a million years Yip we all get excited at his headless chicken runs forward but can anyone tell me of one that’s had an end product Tait is the best right back that we have at the club but I fear like Cadden were messing him about with continually playing him out of position to the detriment of the player

Gallagher gave Donnelly Pelter after their 1st goal
-
Keep hearing that we need a goal scoring No9 If he’s any good he’ll cost money and probably wouldn’t come to us for the wages that we would be offering Can any of the wise pundits on here name one that we could afford on our budget
-
Yip … … … Silly boy badly advised Still he can sit in Rotherham and count his money

Heard through the grapevine Tanner is finished at this level Will be released at end of the month

An unbiased referee who is not conned by the antics of the crowd Also Scott Brown is not allowed to referee the game -
Very young and inexperienced team with only 3 subs one of which was a goalkeeper ???? The young boys did not disgrace themselves and had a good shape to the team and tried to play football Couple of basic mistakes for couple of Clyde’s goals which Goodwillie punished the boys All in all a good learning curve and good experience for them, all about learning at this stage in their career You heard it here first from his overall performance and the way he moved demanded the ball, his distribution of it and strength he showed agains some good experienced pro’s our next young prospect WILL be MATHEW McDONALD this boy has got something about him ………… and he is only 16 years old
-
I’m sure that part of the deal with Hartlepool when he signed was that they get 40% of an transfer
-
Yip that’s what I’ve heard Not sure if it’s permanent or a loan Good luck to him I think he’ll score a few goals for them if he’s not played as lone striker
-
French striker heard we’re going to sign him
-
Not saying he did IMO 6 months in championship would be beneficial to both Scott and the team In the games to gate against lower half championship teams an a 1st division team he just about got pass marks Do you really think he’s ready to go head to head with Aberdeen Hearts Hibs Killie and the old firm ???
-
After tonight’s performance Scott would benefit from 6 month loan in the championship Still rough diamond that needs a bit of polish
-
Yip was the same guy who was sitting with Polworth and Tanner at Dumfries so he’s been around club for over a week No idea who he is or what position he plays
-
Personally I think that Scott needs 6 months at championship level Yip he did ok against QOS and Morton but if were honest there are still a lot of rough edges to his game that need to be ironed out When the league season starts he is going to be playing against better quality centre half’s than what he has done up till now
-
Yip is going to sign for MLS side who are trying to say they are a Cat4 club therefore we will get less compensation Club are disputing this and still hold his registration Most likely to end up with FIFA being involved so who knows when it will be resolved
-
I spoke to Tanner at Palmerston on Saturday and he said that he was going to be playing in a reserve game against Dundee a week on Tuesday Not sure where it’s going to take place Wished him all the best and he seemed upbeat about the outcome but also said it would take time for him to get up to match speed
-
Heard Sloth has a slight strain and was not being risked on that surface

I’m sure when Norwich signed Kenny McLean from Aberdeen they loaned him back to them for 6 months I think Turnbull has come on by leaps and bounds since he made his 1st team debut with us but he is still a work in progress As I have said on previous posts would his development be best served being coached by Neil Lennon and his staff or by the coaching staff at Norwich who nearly all came from Dortmund and learned their trade under Klopp. From the Norwich midfielders below who exactly is Turnbull going to replace ??? Vrancic German international U17 U19 U20, Bosnia full international Leitner German international U17 U19 U20 U21 Buendi Spanish international U19, Argentina international U20 Stiepermann German international U15 U16 U17 U18 U19 U20 Trybull German international U17 U18 U19 U20 McLean Scotland U19 U21, Scotland full international Hernandez German U18 Tettey Norway U18 U19 U21 Norway full international Thompson Wales U19 U21 Cantwell England U17 -
If someone wanted to invest in the club and take 25% 30% investment that meant that the well society would still be in control ……… then yes But who in their right mind is going to do that !!!!

He was down at Norwich for 1 day so not sure if he had medical ………… took about 4 days for his medical at Celtic Lets get the boy back to Fir Park and get our own medical staff to have a look and come up with their diagnosis and rehab program Personally I cannot get my head round why he choose Celtic over Norwich daughter stays there and I’ve been to Carrow Road on a number of occasions great set up really good people running the club with great facilities It’s also a nice part of the country to live -

What I don’t understand is Turnbull’s ambition re his development Norwich couldn’t guarantee him the game time that he was looking for but I’m sure he would have been loaned to the appropriate club so that he was getting the game time that Norwich wanted for him ( probably at a higher level than what he is at the moment) The boy Maddison is a prime example where he was sent to Aberdeen then went back to Norwich became a star with them the got a great move to Leicester for big bucks Who would you rather be coached by for your future development Daniel Farke, Edmund Riemer, Christopher John, Chris Domogalla Three of whom served their apprenticeship under Juergen Klopp at Dortmund OR Neil Lennon, John Kennedy or Stevie Woods
