Felt like pre season carroll is absolute quality I thought, especially because hylton stayed up ready for the counter all wingers showed hints of their potential, just not much of the ball given to them. Donnelly had a poor game and is the weakest of the three in the middle, we need a lad in there that will dictate and show for the ball and take it on the half turn, Campbell showed his potential to do that towards the end though. ‘I feel folk are a bit pessimistic after that one. Back 4 ought to have mainly U20 boys in it. Only boys in the club that seem capable of holding a clean sheet.

Craigan to be manager with Lasley as assistant would be the perfect solution in my mind. Really good record this season with U20s (6/26 lost) and the way that the U20s are playing is really impressive, really good first touch on the lot of them. Forgive me for being an optimist, but we have a game in hand and are two points from being in the top 6. Hearts new manager has yet to prove himself, winning only one league game so far, so we don't know how good they will be. Every chance come the split, we could be fighting for 5th/6th. Let's hope these new additions and possibly pearson, can add to this team and push us upwards.

Thought Samson did well against Sevco. Possibly play Jules left back or centre back? Personally want to see Freer starting. Going for 2-0, Freer with both assists for Moultx2

watched back some of the highlights today. got to say, they all have some first touch on them. that'll take them far, especially moving up to SPL level, gives them so much time. Keep up the good work craigan and coaches

Absolutely gutted for McGhee in particular. Thought his tactical planning was spot on. Let them have possession most the game then go after it with 20 mins left. Let down by shite McManus pass even though I thought his passing out the back had been brilliant all day. Shame but certainly a solid performance from most of the boys

Pretty upbeat with that despite the result. Considering position we were in at recent pre season games, thought we improved dramatically. Johnson decision making needs improving, could be world class. Hammell didn't seem quite able to manage the skill/pace of waghorn. Several players were alone when they went on the counter so had no options, though this could just be due to lack of match fitness. Keep up the improvement! Mon the well

Gomis for me. After lasley came off he sat back while others went bombing forward. Prevented several counter attacks from United and looks like a solid player. Felt everyone played a huge part last night in what was a terrific performance, but gomis, I feel, did the dirty work.
