IMHO the chanting today was over the top. I don't believe McGhee or Leitch deserved the extensive abuse dished out.
We had a very good support at Todders today, and would have much prefered if the fans had got behind the team as a whole rather than picking on M&L.
Just my opinion mind.
McGhee and Leitch were the reason we had such a good support today - it was almost inevitable that people were going to vent their displeasure at them, although I would agree some of the songs were in poor taste.

i thought we tired badly too. Forbes looked out on his feet for the last 20 mins. it was the same last week. think he should have come off and murphy should have stayed on.
as for the chants they were in bad taste. no more no less. if you were disgusted/embarassed then fair enough your entitled to your opinion. Me - I've been to far too many football games to start getting upset about distasteful songs.

Are they ok with you leaving the car there during the match?
Edit: Just had a look at it on Google St view and didn't realise it was quite as close to the ground! Prob be difficult to get parked I'd imagine.

Its a gay nickname anyway! My ex bird thought I was browsing a gay chat sight when I said I was on "steelmenonline"!

the revalations about the east stand toilets may speed up the move right enough!
-
You probably have to see it to appreciate just how funny this actually is, but there's a particular nightclub in Inverness, and all of the toilets have one of these boys in it. One of the toilets has this wee Nigerian guy, and he is the funniest fucker I've ever met. He sits and makes up wee rhymes to try sell his products and get his tips. Ma Saturday night isn't complete without hearing such lines as
"Wash yo fingaas for de mingas"
"no splash no gash"
"no armani no poonany"
and his most epic line ever
"no peeeenk no steeeenk"
You probably have to see it, but it's top quality.
There's a nightclub in Inverness!?

Installation of roof panels that allow sunlight to meet the pitch? Simples. Incorporated in the design of the San Giro, another faux pas by our in-house architect...
Artificial lighting rigs? A wonder of modern technology, likely to be detrimental to the club budget never mind their carbon footprint.
The roof panel idea is a good one, never thought of that.
The artificial lights I think would make a massive difference, you just have to look at Ibrox since they started using them. But as you say they're well outwith our budget.

If I have to explain that to you then there is no hope for you my friend!

while were at it can we no get one of those wee dudes who sell aftershave, deoderant and chewing gum in there too. the club are missing a trick there surely!?

Even last years pitch looked good at the beginning of the season. The big test will come when we have to play a run of games in bad weather. The drainage was only one of many problems and the shade from the south stand is something we will never be able to do anything about.
The problem with the old pitch was when it started to deteriorate it went down hill fast. If it starts to go again then we'll be fooked again, but here's hoping the work done on the drainage will stop it ever getting as bad.
Fair do's to the groundstaff and club you cant fault their effort.

Accies look horrendous at the back the now. They'll be there for a while.

Just worked there.
I didn't realise just how good Hutchisons volley was at the time. Same with the Killie goal that was a neat finish.

we couldn't have drawn them as we wouldn't have been seeded.
Edit: too slow!

Pwowed very very pwowed. Couldn't have asked for more.
If only we could have made it 2 nil!

C'mon the 'Well
Got that up just in case too.

how long did it take to load?
Doesn't seem to be loading for me either. I just keep getting the wee thing going round like a clock?

I just hooked up my laptop to my telly via a VGA cable but there was no signal when I selected the VGA (or RGB) input on my telly menu. I had to change to VGA output on my laptop first before it would work (if you have vista it doesn't mention this on the help menu!). I did this by hitting the function + F4 key on my laptop (it has a wee pic of a monitor on it so may be a different key on yours).
On the off chance any other non technically minded folks (like myself) are having similar problems hope this helps!

I can't find Pro TV in the drop down box!!
it's on a button at the bottom of the page not on the list.
-
Is it better to download the whole Sopcast thing.....or just as good to access straight to ProTV via the link that has been provided. ie What's the difference
Not sure mate. I downloaded the sopcast thing it only took a minute. Gonna keep an eye on the other link too just in case the picture quality is better.

You'll be lucky if it even gets mentioned. Far worse things have been sung at football matches. If x thousand scots singing the alan shearer peado song at hampden doesn't get mentioned this is hardly gonna make the headlines!
