Gary Mac , a legend in Scottish football A guy who is liked by not just Motherwell fans , but liked at Leeds, Leicester , Liverpool and Coventry I was at maybe his last game in a Scotland shirt . Czech Republic defeat 2-1 at Celtic Park when he was booed by a small section in the crowd , not tartan army guys I don't think

😂 One of the greatest days I have had at Fir Park , and also in Jack Daniels after this game
-
It is officially Twist and Shout day part 2
-
That is true Clyde away will be almost like a home game , same as last season with a decent Well crowd

Despite the fact Rangers had been poor all season and finished 3rd the media were all convinced they would be back the next season Remember Stephen Craigan after one of the games being interviewed and his chat went something along the lines of it's been Rangers this , Rangers that . Rangers will be back next season , derby games are back This is of course what made it even more enjoying

A great night in Motherwell's recent history A great 3 days in Motherwell's recent history The Marvin Johnson goal assisted by Cammy Bell at Fir Park must be the loudest cheer I have ever heard at Fir Park. It really felt like the closest thing to winning a cup that day . A poor poor season finished off in style

The last minute free kick against Everton in 2001 was a favourite memory of mine also . I do like Everton as well more so when Faddy went there . 2 good clubs not anything near as bitter as up here of course

Day off on a bank holiday , No Well game so a chance to watch my favourite other team Liverpool have their trophy parade Gary McAllister being interviewed , another guy who has been consistently linked to the Well job many a time
-
Now that David DeGea (Kettlewell lookalike ) has now been announced as Killie manager they could have done worse they could have taken on the current Man Utd goalie which could have been worse In all seriousness though I was messaging a Killie fan not long ago , he not so happy with this one at all

Mitchell Van Der Gaag was a serious contender when we gave the job to Ian Baraclough, same scenario happened when we appointed Wimmer . I was told by a good source after we were gubbed 3-0 off Ross County that he was being appointed on the Monday I would like to see the guy back at Fir Park but don't think it will happen. If we have ex players like him and Valakari applying for the job and being overlooked they will be looking elsewhere
-
Definitely won't be a certain S Kettlewell New Kilmarnock manager tomorrow I have just heard
-
No chance Richard Foster is our new manager I don't think If Wimmer had left in the middle of a season we might have put Foster in on an interim job , and if he had won a few games maybe given him the job Now the season has finished I would definitely think we will appoint a new guy

You are 💯 spot on I would say Importance of course is being a top flight club for me After that Scottish cup first League cup second Finishing in a European position third I confess to being jealous of other teams walking round Hampden with a cup in the last 15 years or so. I will finish this by saying well done Alan Burrows and Aberdeen . Saved us from listening about the talk of another treble . A guy who I went to school with

Ironically against the same team as today , and on penalties, Liverpool also won the league that year and Leeds got promoted Hopefully an omen

Luke Armstrong going back to Carlisle by the looks of things Mark Hughes quoted as saying he previously tried to sign him , and if he had been manager in January wouldn't have allowed him to go on loan

Bit harsh , if I am honest but each to their own opinion

No doubt whatever happens wee Billy Davies will have his name in for the job
-
I would be open for Ahmet to stay on providing he wanted to My gut feeling is though he will be leaving also
-
I genuinely wish Michael Wimmer all the best In those 3 months he only had positive things to say about the club and the fans unlike that last guy
-
Van Der Gaag was the guy I wanted 3 months ago Genuinely surprised and a bombshell to me, if it is for family reasons though I dont have an issue
-
Kettlewell to Killie, that should make the first meeting next season very interesting indeed

Definete fair choice , consistent performer in general. And there wasn't too many in the current squad -
At the time when the jester kit came out I was originally disappointed, reason I say that is the 1994-1996 home kit was my favourite ever and I wanted it to continue I do look back years later though and I think it is a cracking looking shirt , I had the original . Now I have the retro
