  1. If we had an average replacement hed be no loss but sadly we don't, hes a bombscare positional sense is shocking
  2. I wouldnt be so sure we will avoid relegation... this run of form is most definitely relegation stuff. As good as a start to the season as we had we are now only 4 points better off than we were this time last year. Frankly we are easy beat, contrary to most folk view I think Kipre is an absolute bomb scare, Bowman is not up to it , McHugh has been piss poor since day 1 , Campbell is nowhere near the player everyone thinks he is right now though in Campbells case that may well come as hes very young. Rose and Fisher dont fill me with any hope and christ knows who will score any goals. As someone says we have lost to teams there for the taking and the reason for that is we are piss poor.
  3. I wouldnt quite say best but we played very well second half, even first half the worst we were was average. Some complete over reactions today. We just didnt get the rub of the green today were are a better team than Kilmarnock and it showed today.
  4. When we were losing last year we were deserving to lose and were utterly clueless that is not the case on this run of bad results we are better than the results are suggesting
  5. I dont necessarily agree, we are getting murdered for silly mistakes , we should easily have had 7 points out of the last 3 games. We were worth a point against Hearts and should easily have had 3 off Thistle and 3 off Killie . We played Thistle off the park over the 90 minutes. Shocking individual errors being severely punished and we just arent getting the rub of the green right now. We did the same at Killie today. We are really missing Hartley but we certainly have a squad that could / should have had more for their efforts but each one we lose ramps up the tension for the next one.,
  6. of course theres more than him to blame , in every goal there is more than one person to blame but he was the last line of defence and made a rip roaring cunt of it when it was easier to clear his lines just as he did against Hibs. If the midfield and forwards hadnt been guff and we'd scored two goals it wouldnt have mattered but Kipres role is last line of defence and right now hes making basic basic errors of judgement that are costing us.
  7. I dont think "got what we deserved" is right ....Hearts were fuckin awful and so were we ... we were well worth a point on the balance of two piss poor teams. If Kipre hadnt fannied about it would have been one of the easiest points of the season as bad as we were.
  8. McHugh isnt costing us goals every week, Kipre is, though I do accept McHugh has never really set the heather on fire since he joined. Kipre then had two men in for clear shot on their keeper inside 18 yard box and he goes for goal with two Hearts defenders right in front of him. His judgement is bloody awful right now. I know hes a fans favourite but theres gotta be some realism about what hes doing every week.
  9. Time Kipre was benched at the centre of yet another goal that cost us all 3 points. He fannies about and gets caught in possession too often. He should have cleared his lines. We were worth a draw but thats saying nothing Hearts were utter pish and we troubled them not one jot.
  10. Could anyone see St Mirren beating them to win the cup, could anyone see Kilmarnock beating them to win the cup ..... we will win tomorrow may not be silky may not be pretty but Im convinced this is our time. Im generally the biggest pessimist on the planet about Motherwell but I just got a feeling. They were pish against Ross County they do have bad games Scottish Teams too often are beat in their heads before they play them thats half the problem. Most Motherwell fans wrote us off before the Rangers game too
  11. Use Mobdro and you wont need an add blocker you may get a 15 second ad before the channel open but thats it never anything interrupting the games or the view.
  12. McCall , Butcher and McGhee were a nightmare in the lead up to big games against the OF.They always spent the week getting their excuses in and Ive always been convinced they had the players accepting "oh well its OK to lose cos thats whats expected" I hate that mentality it runs through Scottish Football like a cancer.
  13. I totally agree the number occasions where the diddies have won in the cups against the OF in the last 10 years is incredible. Its almost as if the authorities finally realise multiple winners boost or game. That said the big crowd and Celtic trying to con the ref could play a huge part.
  14. I put £20 on us v Aberdeen in Cup at 6/1 I put £20 on us v Rangers in Cup at 6/1 I have just put £20 on to beat Celtic in the Cup Final at 10/1 I will have pocketed £440 by the time Carl McHugh lifts the trophy on Sunday. I am the biggest pessimist on the planet as far as Motherwell are concerned but i just cant shake the feeling that our name is on the Cup.
  15. Nice vid well done but have to be honest the narrative does nowt for me, Personally I prefer more upbeat audio give us "Are you ready for this .. Jock Jam"
  16. Pretty much as I saw it but have to add defensively we were excellent Kipre and Hartley then McHugh were standouts in centre defence
  17. if my old memory serves me right we played Celtic 3 times in 8 days in 1991 when we went onto win the cup. Beat them in the league at Parkhead drew semi final and won the replay.
  18. We will get the West end they've got to keep up their tribal Rangers End Celtic End pish
  19. That should take two minutes , they ask Motherwell how many we want we say 20,000 and set a date by which those 20,000 need sold, say 4 days before the final. What Motherwell do not sell by that date are automatically passed over to Celtic. Its only Scottish Football that could make a meal of a simple concept such as the Hibs allocation
  20. If the crowd was 44,000 and Rangers had sold 38,000 that means our sales amounted to just 6000 yet im sure I read we had 8500 sold
  21. I certainly think Brendan Rodgers will play on it leading up to and during the game. Was just watching game again and Sutton mentioned retrospective action against Alves that would be a worry cos they might look at Moult too.
  22. So many to choose from. John Spencer from half way line at St Johnstone, Stevie Kirk at Pittoidrie in SC ... but im going for Ainsworth to go 3-0 up at our hardest venue (Ibrox) in our most difficult season sheer joy from inside our own half a sweeping move of pure joy. Had that not been scored we might not have had yesterday to enjoy. Stevie Kirks Goal in the SC semi against Celtic nearly got it because I knew then Id see my team in the SC final for 1st time ever.
