  1. But Alexander was the bad guy for dropping him?
  2. Also if we don't get a result on sat , ketts might resign saving the need to sack ....shame I like the bloke but another mgr losing his job due to some players but he keeps picking them
  3. So is there any point punting him before Saturday? Unless they are bringing in someone immediately.
  4. "Losing the dressing room" is a tired old cliche..a combination of not good enough and not interested is more apt... supposedly current and former Scottish internationals playing and they're two of the worst
  5. I agree, don't know where the myth about him being a good mgr came from, that's as well as all the other baggage he has
  6. If you count kettle well, that'll be 4 managers, some have been around since Robbo
  7. Fair dues, I was just basing on previous game at fp when they looked good up front, but that might be exception ?
  8. I think they have a bit more about them up front than us, Brophy , white, Murray, all good for a goal Think it's livi we got to hope are worse than us, slog it out with saint j for play off place ...not very ambitious but it's hopefully worst case scenario.
  9. We surely aren't but predicting 7 nil losses at parkheid isn't exactly putting Ur neck on the line
  10. He said on Saturday it wasn't good enough...we got to get behind the guy ..4 managers in 3 years isn't a good look, they can't all be poor managers..
  11. Well there is something surer , you'll be on this forum doing your "Private Fraser" routine , you'll get it right eventually
  12. The original concept of var was for " clear and obvious errors" ...it's just analysing everything now...that Paton decision was never a clear and obvious error.
  13. There was a rangers European game a few years ago when Roofe tried to lob keeper and caught him , keeper got a really bad injury on head , Roofe was sent off Don't want to see players sent off for genuine challenges, it shouldn't be a red for the extent of the injury, only if there is intent or malice.
  14. We have won cups and been on great runs and had a core support of 4 k approx, it's the way it is ..weather would definitely have been a factor yesterday
  15. Not been impressed by Wilkinson but he took his goal well and was unlucky with other effort, who knows, might be something there.
  16. Watched highlights last night, Paton really unlucky to see red.... there's no malice in that challenge. I thought var would be a good thing but I wouldn't be against it being scaled back to maybe being allowed 2 challenges per team per game.
  17. I don't disagree we are in trouble but you are on every week with your predictions....usually predicting defeats and usually wrong scorelines. If you had a track record of getting scoreline right you'd be a rich man and we would all take you seriously...Just a bit tedious and bad for morale...we are in a fight for sure
  18. Don't disagree with what you're saying re things need sorting, but from that list the players we lost were out with his control. I've not been impressed by Wilkinson but he did well enough today ...Shaw neither, but last year we were playing with shields up front ..every year it gets harder with seemingly less money available...it could be the year for the drop although I don't think we are any worse that st j and livi ...think Ross co git more up front thsn us
  19. So if we had better players, why did Raith beat us in cup and we were at foot if table? Even van veen wasn't doing it at that point
  20. Id say the opposite and he's no very good at attacking either. I take it Gent isn't trusted to defend at the moment and that's fair enough but he does give us something going forward
  21. So why was he brought in a year ago if we were better..we had just been beaten 3,1 By Raith and sitting near if not bottom of league.
  22. You reckon sod is a safe pair of hands at the back ?
