So i just plucked up the courage to watch the highlights and i am now convinced Kettlewells issues with players is a big concern.How on earth Gent is not starting week in week out is beyond me Blackburn might as well recall the boy we dont deserve to have him.He comes on last night and not for the first time is nothing but purely positive yet Kettlewell still wont play him. Left side player with a left foot nope not playing him sorry that be too obivous.Kettlewell is the master of his own downfall he always talks about watching the tapes back christ i would like to know what tapes he has been watcing clealry none with Gent in them.

We could pick up nothing between now and new year and i still think he will be given time i cant see a transfer window making any difference unless they can shift out all the dross that Kettlewell and Daws signed in the summer. However what i find intresting is wasnt it the same Stuart Kettlewell the other week saying the sacking of managers in Scotland is an utter disgrace?Maybe that is playing on our boards mind giving them food for thought.

I was willing to give him til the St Mirren game but after i witnessed that line up i knew it was time to go. So its a case of getting rid the now and start the process cause i see no difference from having Kettlewell in the dugout or whoever wants to take over next couple of games. Rather take a hit right now than 3 weeks into the transfer window time for the board to wake up and read the room.

In all seriousness do you really think our board will do anything about this?Be willing to bet he gets the transfer window to sign more dross in and totally finish us off.

I don't think Pep would get a tune out of the utter shite that Kettlewell and Daws has signed. That line up was a early Xmas gift to Ross County Bair and Wilkinson starting dear god. He might not get a result from here to January and still get a window to change it.

Has until St Mirren to turn this around then the board need to take a serious look at the situation. I shall say this I sure as shit don't trust him and Daws to get the players in January to sort this I have no idea what remit he gave to Daws in the summer but it was 100 percent was honking. it makes you think what sort of football he was wanting to play with the signings he has made.

Tbh you can compare this and that if you get the right infrastructure at the club you can compete with the Aberdeen's and Hearts,Hibs of this league and a top 4 or top 6 is more than a achievable. And on the transfer front I am hoping Alexander comes back and takes our head of recruitment off off our hands I think he has been terrible that's been a big part of our downfall this season. I think he is still here cause the club can't afford to pay him off or he would be gone by now.

Fantastic point let's be honest we didn't have penciled in however the real games are coming up from now until the 16th of December tons to be had and we really need to take. Hope Obika can stay fit until at least January and if Kettlewell wants to stay in a job he really needs to punt Bair and Wilkinson end Shaw's loan during transfer window if possible then we have a chance of getting somewhere. Tbh I dont know much about that side of things but just get the feeling folk are happy to plod along voting in same people making same decisions. I am sure the board members have the club at heart but I do think we are running in mud maybe a few fresh faces maybe to bring something to the table.More voices more ideas. Always thought an outsider appointment of a CEO would be healthy for us but probably never going to happen.

I hate to think how much money we have spent of getting rid of Alexander and his assistant and Hammell and Kerr must have been a fair chunk of change that's for sure. Least we are safe knowing Kettlewell contract is until May 2024 I don't think he is going anywhere btw he is here til the end.

I am not a member as I give the club enough of my money year in year out however but if I was a member clealry my vote would be next to useless cause everyone seems to be happy with the way the club is run upstairs. When you have a group of people with the same mindset making the same decisions then you get the same outcomes and from I am looking in seems to be failure after failure but not one has said maybe time for a change. I say this if we had an actual owner of the club we be calling for he or she's head on a spike at this stage.

I was up for giving him until mind December but now after listening to his post match interview it's same broken record where he should be saying I got that 100 percent wrong to today and took full responsibility. I think he has lost the players tbh and today was his final nail in the coffin.

I honestly think Kettlewell has lost the plot how on earth he has Gent and Spencer sitting on the bench is utterly ridiculous. If he hasn't worked out by now that Bair and Wilkinson on the pitch at the same time doesn't work then he should leave it will never ever work. This has flashbacks of Hammell all over again and Kettlewell seems he has no answers.

I back Kettlewell but he’s adventures in the transfer market for contracted players has been so so poor that’s what the worry is for me.Nobody is going to take the likes off Blair,Wilkinson and Obika off our hands in a hurry they are here potentially for another year and half that in itself is alarming.Bringing in a midfielder that clearly he doesn’t fancy to sit on the bench is a bad use of funds aswell I see no reason why we signed Zdravkovski that’s another pay off happening. The loans(apart from Shaw)has been decent but when you can’t get the players contracted to the club right then doesn’t bode well for me. Sure it’s a hit or miss but Kettlewell has had a whole lot of misses.

Two points dropped for me due the piss poor frontline so I shall give this current shambles until the 16th of December before we might need to take a serious look at things in general before the January transfer window. It's pretty clear that Biereth is the only player that can put the ball in the net and if anything happens to him then it's frontline over cause they are useless. From December the 2nd Home Vs Dundee Away Vs Ross County Home Vs St Johnstone Away Vs St Mirren Tons of winnable games for me if we don't then I can't trust Kettlewell in a transfer window cause what I have seen so far is a bunch of below average signings with one stand out gem.

I am not joking when i say this but i have seen better strikers in the Lowland league.Guys ex pros about 35 36 that would give us much more than this frontline.Bair is never this level and never will be thats for sure. Do i want Kettlewell to go 100 percent no but he is on a wobbly nail with me due his utter failure in the transfer market its been horrible seriously not good enough i have seen better forwards apart from Bierath in the Lowland league.We gave Bair a two year contract and Obika a year with a year extension that is utter madness we brought in Zadravkovski to sit on the bench clearly doesnt fancy him.
