Time for the Society board to step up then! Fans will get behind them but only for so long...done plenty of talking since the proposal from Barmack came to the table, now it's time for action.

We signed Bair following a friendly match vs St Johnstone in December 2022 when the World Cup break was on - Kettlewell in his post as Reserves Manager was at the game and Bair scored 3 against us as well as ragdolling the defence for the remainder of the game, that's where SK saw the potential. Great business for us given he could go onto having another "off" season, wish him all the best! An absolute grafter!

We will have Ox and Matty Connelly - I'd expect a trialist will be there or somebody will sign this week and join up with the squad.

Easton won't be signing for us, Kettlewell and Frail were sitting behind me at the match last night and both left before Easton came on, so they were watching someone just not Easton!

Hearing Brophy wants to come as he wants a move back to Glasgow, no surprise Adams is reluctant to let him leave.

Malpas and Aaron Chapman

Barry Maguire away to Ireland it seems

Alen Ozbolt…..striker from Hapoel Tel Aviv

Montgomery getting injured is exactly why we can't rely on clearing out 6 to sign KVV - we need to sign 2 strikers so we have cover. The way this season is going we would sign KVV and he would do his knee in training. As much as I 'd like the big man back, we need depth.

One must ask if we are struggling to bring a striker in, why did we let Wilkinson go in pursue of first team football? He would play every week between now and end of season if we fail to bring someone in this window. Granted he was rotten but better than nothing!

That's what I meant when I said oversight from the board - I'd expect them to draw up a list and then SK and the board pick who is best.

Not much recovery time from relegation battle on the Tuesday with our already threadbare squad, but is what it is - at the mercy of TV! BBC obviously fancying Morton for the upset, hopefully both clubs price this reasonable given its Friday night on TV so we can take a big support with us!

We are getting continuity from Daws - a continuity of 💩 Clean slate required in the summer given he's out of contract, SK to stay on for a year and bring in who he wants (with the oversight of the board) as HOR

Once Daws gets binned that will be rectified hopefully - all for giving Kettlewell another year (much to varied opinion of course) but he should get the chance to bring his own man in the summer! Heard Daws is on too much money to release and Alexander has obviously realised he's hopeless otherwise he would have followed him to MK Dons or Bradford.

Wilkinson scored on his debut for Colchester last week…..88th minute equaliser

Did anybody notice Callum Davidson back as sport scientist last night? Think he left for Wigan in the summer did he not?

Davidson the sports scientist back in dugout tonight I noticed? Sure he left in the summer

Willie Gollum should be made to explain himself as to why only a yellow card was shown, nonce of a man!

Anybody heard anything re Efford? Notable absentee today with the transfer rumoured Shields….

Can someone advise if sizing is same as last year or more in line with year before? Last seasons was a bit on small side for most if I remember correctly?

Any idea what formation was played? I'm interested to see if SK changes it up this season, still always feel our squad is best suited to a 4-2-3-1 for some reason

Any idea when it's going to be available? Looked nice last night!

Has it though? We have heard nothing on Goss, Johnston, Mandron and Casey?

I absolutely stand by that and am of the same ilk however the silence from the club on this is deafening, We should have been told about staff exits and player exits, the retained list was very minimalistic and didn't really go into detail.

Anybody know if tonight's game is on Well TV?
