Can someone advise if sizing is same as last year or more in line with year before? Last seasons was a bit on small side for most if I remember correctly?

Any idea what formation was played? I'm interested to see if SK changes it up this season, still always feel our squad is best suited to a 4-2-3-1 for some reason

I absolutely stand by that and am of the same ilk however the silence from the club on this is deafening, We should have been told about staff exits and player exits, the retained list was very minimalistic and didn't really go into detail.

Anybody else slightly concerned that we have embarked on a trip to Netherlands with barely any new signings other than Obika and Paton who were part of last season's squad, a raking of players deemed not good enough last season (McGuire, Shields) and half a management team. I heard this week that both Tom Jones and Callum Davidson our Sports Science team have moved on so who's in charge of the conditioning and nutrition side of things whilst away? And Richard Foster who's meant to be the U18's coach is with the squad? We have yet to appoint a CEO, We are at least 4/5 bodies light on coaching team and at least 6/7 quality bodies short on playing side of things yet away to Netherlands with a squad that may/will be replaced shortly should better players become available, would it not have been better to wait a couple of weeks? Concerning times......

Player / Coach deal lined up, makes sense from point of view SK still without a coach in the dugout and has said we are a couple down on a couple of occasions. Would bring a bit of quality to the midfield as well let's face it, badly lacking in quality.

Did find his answer very good given he probably wasn't expecting to be asked about Morris - an absolute waste of a jersey and wage that's for sure, need to try and offload him ASAP. Interesting to hear Danzaki and Efford both struggling, was hoping to see both make an impact in the last few matches of season, would like us to sign Efford again but not sure that will happen and both need a good pre season!

Could be part of Kettlewell's plan to not play him and attract attention from other clubs so we can get him signed up in summer - method in the madness!

Just feel Rangers have a massive chip on their shoulder after their demise, the fans gloating about past history is never ending when let's face it on current day they are only marginally better than the rest of us which given what they spend is ridiculous, Celtic are streaks ahead of everybody including Rangers. Cannot stand both cheeks but just feel Rangers have a horrible cockiness about them which isn't justified.

If Kettlewell didn't rate him he would have been back with Leeds already similar to that of Crankshaw. Purely to do with the 5-3-2 shape we are playing IMO, we may see a 4-2-3-1 experiment shortly depending on results/safety being confirmed in which case I'd fully expect McKinstry and Efford to get game time, possibly Danzaki in behind KVV.

Interesting hearing SK say Daws met with him today, he must be based down south and meet the manager every so often….SK gave the impression he’s very much part of his plans.

Ollie Crankshaw back at Stockport, nothing confirmed by us but maybe one for Kettlewell to answer on this week's presser....makes sense to be honest he doesn't fit the new style of play so to speak!

One thing I would point out, he wasn't a regular at Cove he played 11 games or something and a few of them were at LB as well - it obviously done him well however definitely think hes kicked on another level since returning in January bearing in mind when we recalled him he never featured even on the bench at Livi.

Have we had confirmation Max Johnston is definitely leaving at end of season or is the contract still on the table for him?

It's just a matter of will Kettlewell move away from 3-5-2 to accommodate him? He hasn't with McKinstry so not sure he will for Joe sadly - but a good player on his day will be nice to get him tied up for a couple seasons, lightning quick is an understatement!

Absolutely buzzing with this guy he just gets it Well fans, everything he says oozes confidence and class! He seems to have learned from his mistakes at County and I think (and hope) we have got ourselves a good un here!
