Ah our old friend the ‘undisclosed fee’… That aside best of luck to Wilkinson. It clearly didn’t work out here and was one of many poor pieces of business in the summer but we move on.

I haven’t seen it so can’t say either way but I’ve always wondered if this constant “Penalty to Rangers” and conspiracy nonsense sometimes plays a part, perhaps subconsciously in the backs of officials minds. They’re only human and I reckon that this is what Celtic, their supporters and cheerleaders want - to get match officials to think twice before giving Rangers a favourable decision or one against Celtic. Ever since the 2010 referee strike - an event which was completely Celtic’s doing - Celtic have had it more or less their own way and we’ve all seen on numerous occasions that any referee giving big decisions against Celtic is then often subject to vilification, harassment sometimes even threats to them and their families so it takes a strong referee to officiate their games.

Bair is a ‘confidence player’. His effort is never in question and his ability is limited but he does have something to offer when his head is up. He’s delivered both Saturday and today and scored a couple of really good goals. Saying that we really could do with signing a ‘proper’ striker type player in this window.

Context is everything with draws. We’ve snatched four draws at home this season with last minute equalisers and they may well be pivotal for us come seasons end. They felt good at the time because of the nature of how they came about. On the flip side conceding a last minute equaliser feels utterly gut wrenching.

We just can’t do basic stuff, that’s our biggest downfall. FT 2-2. Not the worst result but a hard one to take conceding late like that.

Well firstly that’s not likely is it? Because Hearts won’t be involved in the relegation playoff this season. So that scenario won’t play out. Secondly, while I certainly wouldn’t be cheering/applauing/taking any kind of satisfaction in Hearts relegating us with Moult and KvV scoring against us there almost certainly WOULD be some within our support who would, or at the very least would come out with pish like “I’m pleased for Moult/KvV” if they scored against us for the likes of Dundee Utd. And I defy ANYONE to say otherwise.

It’s the same with all walks of life, the people with money and influence don’t give a toss about the average person, in this case the supporters. The sponsors and TV company are the big cash cows for the people running the game so they get to call the shots. And there is nothing that anyone can do about it because that’s just the way it is and how it will always be.

In fairness it’s an almost guaranteed three points for his team so you can see why Aberdeen would want it on.

Rangers v Ross County has now been called off due to travel issues for County. You would think then that the same travel issues would apply to us having to basically do the reverse of that journey up to the North East?

I’ll believe it when I see it but I too would much rather see KvV sign for Rangers than either of those two clubs or Aberdeen. Obviously I wouldn’t applaud him if/when he plays/scores against us but if he signs for Rangers then I hope he does well and pockets a league winners medal at the end of his loan spell. Trust me, it happened.
